They chose these specific armor upgrades during their service in the Clone Wars. Also Fixer got his model fixed not too long ago, don't see why the others can't. They should have been done correctly the first time like a lot of models that were done poorly/incorrectly but never once got QA'd by anyone that knows better. +1
