Battalion Trainers get a Special Channel

Suggestion: BT get access to a specialized channel so they can respond to new CR's spawning in. When SA+ message staff the Non-admin Battalion trainers can't see it so it makes it harder for them to do their job. It also will solve the problem of VA+ having to pull people all the time. A lot of Staff doesn't seem to want to do CC trainings so if people with TR are actually able to respond that WANT to CR train it will take some weight off the High staff and honestly weed out the staff that don't do anything.



Also I just Thought of this but it will make TR counting towards BotM More fair because not all Battalions Have 12+ Admins in them

+1 I feel like this and them sort of saying that they'll do a CC or a CR sort of like a claiming thing could help TR trained people have just as much as an advantage of those who are Admin. (Coming from someone with TP perms)

So like I'm hesitant on this due to it not being a tough thing to do, but I don't see a reason for this to really happen. TR's as non-staff are relatively like literally last in line in terms of training CR's with Trial/Admin' being priority.  Giving access to staff chat doesn't really help anything either other than claims, which again if no claims are occurring then that's an issue with staff in it of itself. But I digress, I feel as if it would be better if were to use the notification system and be like "OPT in to train this CC"

Oh hell yeah this is a Fantastic Point cause giving them Staff chat access would potentially cause an issue with things like possible meta Gaming and other stupid stuff. So yeah maybe a TR Ping would be more effective. I like the way you think.

I just remember the days of having issues getting staff, especially when they are busy during events and deployments, to TR train, and the only indicator we get is chat, seeing if it’s the first time someone has joined. If there was a TR chat monitored by SA+, in which they could contact us so we can help out and better do our jobs, all for it. It would also provide us a link to staff for when CRs are being minges and trying to kill us.

This sounds great. CRs are where we start the main outreach to new players, and faster we get to them, the more likely they are to stay.

Um tbh I think the TR chat in the staff discord isn't used that often unless you are a TRO+. I think there is a problem with TRs not being on the same level as staff in regards to training CRs. I would love to have a TR chat or something similar ingame but personally that is about as far as I would go. Also there are like close to 100 people who are TR trained and not staff so that a lot of people in one channel only
