Offline Whitelisting

Suggestion: Add an offline whitelisting function

Implementation: If not possible, just deny it, however adding a way to set jobs in your own battalion if you are a WO+ would be very handy for battalions to handle. I'd imagine a button on the in-game roster alongside the promote, demote, and kick buttons would be the way to go with a dropdown menu or pop up to select the job.
