Experience:

I have plenty of experience in the attack battalion during my time in the Galactic Marines all the way up to the rank of Captain, I know the importance of most or all Attack battalions that i fought along side with as how they take on things when in combat and which i would now be able to utilize each of them with the best proficiency possible, I also have watched the best officers become commander and have taken note of their methods as to how to inspire people to get things done and to organize, these people include Tank, Gene, Trifero, and most importantly Medic who were all great example of excellent leadership and i have taken their standards into consideration , i should note that the battalion is all about professionalism, honor, respect, and integrity, it was a big step for me to transfer out, but i did it for the sake of a new experience.

After transferring out of the Galactic Marines to 5th Fleet, I was a Sargent due to rank transfer terms and shown initiative as well as consideration for my battalion members due to the slight lack of leadership or officers being active, (No offence to those i am referring to, IRL stuff is more important and I don't blame them) after the final decision was made to become XO after showing a huge concern for our battalions numbers i began to start promoting people to their respective ranks, created a new tryout doc for everyone to refer to as well as to make other documents involving training my men how to deal with certain situations in a professional manner rather than auto arresting and to always issue out warning before making an arrest, this has brought other battalions to respect and appreciate us more as i have received many comments as to how i commanded the battalion. During this time now I had received the rank of Commander of 5th fleet which was a huge honor to have and one not to be taken for granted. I immediately started to worked alongside my men for new ideas on how we can better improve the battalion as well as with working closely with Naval, doing this created plenty of opportunities within 5th Fleet such as Interrogations, updating security records, etc. All of this helped increased our numbers and maintain peace and order on the Venator, To sum it all up, i helped a battalion that was in the mud and raised it into something with a lot more potential and shown to work plenty of times with documents. 

Another thing to note, as a 5th Fleet commander, I was given a role in Naval as well as Chief Quarter Master title, which means i had to make armor checks on battalions from the heads, chest, arms, and legs, their weaponry as well as any special equipment, after inspections i would have to make reports in the documents, another one of my roles as Naval was to lead during an event should no higher rank be on, thus allowing me to lead battalions from point A to B and to issue out Defcons, I believe this was an important role and experience for me to have for applying for this position as it allows me to know how to manage battalions.

I was the Attack Regimental Commander for the 501st, 212th, 101st, 104th and the best of the best GM and all their elite variants, All with their certain standards to get into their battalions, During my term I have been the most active Regimental CMD on the server which allowed me to oversee my battalions efficiently, i have dealt with infighting in multiple cases in a battalions and seen them being resolved regardless of the nature,  out of respect I will not name the battalions for they know who they are, including the one i helped guide them into getting new leadership into their battalion which allowed them to thrive to be successful and make new arrangements such as implementing new documents to better organize their battalion as well as tryout docs to allow easier access into the battalion while maintaining quality.

I am currently the Senior Commander of the Attack and Defense Brigade, I have completed my first term and overall I feel I could have done a lot better, I won't make excuses but I know that I have fallen short in activity towards the end of my term which i feel ashamed of myself, but I know that during my term i have communicated with all if not most battalions within my brigade well as to how things are going for their battalions which most have replied that "things have been going fine" and have shown that by having their battalion stable, a perfect example is all the Attack regiments, all of them have an outstanding structure to which i have made note of, another good example is the 41st. Aside from that i have been doing a lot of behind the scene works such as helping battalions sort out issues *cough* *cough* 212th *cough* ahem and other battalions, And i have communicated with my Regimentals regarding said issues and watched them deal with it till a conclusion has been made. I hope to continue to server a 2nd term of Senior Commander to improve and give the best experience for all battalions if the community would allow me to.

I also bring a good, outgoing, and professional attitude at all times, and when it comes to serious matters, i tend to be very persistent person such as messaging someone for an answer or following up with someone regarding a recent request or topic. Also I tend to be very active on the Synergy forums and constantly watch the website as well as have my google drive always open and ready to use.

Why should you become a Senior Commander?:

After my first term as Senior Commander I have now become aware of what i need to fix and what should be done as my role of Senior Commander as well as what I need to improve on. I understand that my activity is very questionable towards the end of my term, but I believe I can really improve greatly after my 1st term, I know both Attack and Defense battalion a lot more as well as the community within each battalion which allows communication to be a lot easier to be had and help them achieve any goals that they strive for. I will strive hard to show that i am willing to improve by hosting sims and interacting more with all my battalions on a visual level then a behind the scenes person. But I more importantly want to serve the community by providing them the experience and immersion that they deserve. Again I will strive to show that I want to give more to the community rather than saying or typing it. 

I will also achieve my goals by talking very closely to the Battalion Commanders and working with the Regimentals commanders to talk to come up with a solution or idea.

I will be working closely with the Marshal Commander to assist with any issues he has that is within my power to help fix.

My main goal is to improve the activity as well as their inner structure of the battalions under my command, both Attack and Defense. though it may be very hard, it can still be achievable and I do enjoy a good positive challenge.

I intend to do so through constant communication, interaction, and hard work.

Do you understand the lore of your brigade?:

I do understand the lore of my battalions and continue learning.

Availability:

I recently got a new job after so many months and always work mornings from 6:00am to 2:30pm Central Timezone.

I'm usually on five days out of the week as I am now working hard in getting my activity back up.

BUT I AM EXTREMELY ACTIVE IN TEAMSPEAK and will respond at a moments notice, I also have a discord that i may be contacted from as well to which i check constantly throughout the day.

Give a brief overview of your achievements on the server:

- Became a TRO Officer.

- I am quite known on the server and know the community i work with very well. 

- I am apart of the staff team with the rank of Vet Admin.

Some may say "Oh these aren't even achievements" well let me tell you that they are to me as becoming something more than just a player on the server you play on really is a step forward to achieving greater things that can benefit you and the community.

Do you have a microphone?:

I do have a Microphone to which I always use to communicate with.

Where do you want your brigade to be at the end of your term?:

All battalions becoming self stable and promoting serious role-play as well as good communication.

How do you plan to improve relations within your brigade?:

I still believe that bonds are created through battle and fighting a common enemy, which is the CIS and those who are at war with the republic.  I will be hosting events that can help promote teamwork within the battalion in or out of my brigade and push for them to communicate and work together to get the job done as well as have them do PT together.

I will be hosting Simulations every other day for different battalions, it be Attack & Defense, VIP escort, or a simple shoot'em up.

Do you understand that if you go inactive that you will be removed from your position?:

I completely understand that if i go inactive i will be removed.

I'm sorry Joe, you're a terrific person, but the only activity I really saw from you was VERY recent. You were very absent during your first term, and there are people who are eligible for the position that I personally think would do a better job. I know you had IRL stuff that happened, but there was no LOA posted when you had plenty of time to post one.

If you do end up getting a second term, please for the love of god, be more active. High Command has been a mess of inactivity for a while.

Not only were you inactive for your entire term, but it seems like you have a false idea about what high command is for.

You are supposed to be a leader, and to be completely frank, there is none coming from you.

You had a good run, but you haven't shown the qualities that  you needed to keep you in this position.

 

EDIT: This application in and of itself is lazy. It is simply a copy paste of the previous application, making the same claims and promises as your first term, and on top of that, you've lied to every single person here. From the start your activity was terrible, and this grand scheme of false activity hasn't fooled as many people as you would think.

Joe, i love you as a person, but i feel a senior needs to be active above all. Unfortunately, you aren't. I, personally, have tried contacting you SEVERAL times through the forums, TS3, and discord, to no prevail. As the saying goes, all good things must come to an end.

Unfortunately the perspective i have always had of you as a senior reg is inactive and i dont feel as though i ever saw you attempting to assist with batts until the final days before you reapplied. It just seemed like a senator taking constant holidays and only starts shaking hands right before re-election.

-1, You're a ghost. At the end of your term you tried to give the illusion of being active so you can just maintain a high rank. I honestly believe there are other candidates that blow you away with their activity and qualities as a CO. You haven't done much with your role and honestly, I don't see that ever changing. The Attack and Defense battalions deserve someone who is going to be there for them and I don't think you are the man who can do that with your activity. Don't take this personal it's just that I am being 100% honest with this, you seem like a good guy from what I have seen from you but I just don't believe this position is for you.

Gene, is very active and does a sincere job of staying active on the server as a leader. I'm not saying you're not a leader, but like Zomb, you disappeared like a ghost then came back out of nowhere. I think you need to re-do a regimental term, and re-do what was done in order to become a senior.

Honestly you can make promises of being more active, but that doesn't mean shit. The number one issue high command has been dealing with is inactivity, and putting you back into Senior Commander won't help.

To be honest it was foolish of me to even reapply for a second term but after reading everyones response to my second term app, It seems clear that I should withdraw my application and take it down a notch by re-doing a regimental term as suggested from the owner himself and work on my activity as expressed by the community.

I would like to thank everyone for being 100% real with me regardless how bad the truth hurts and thank everyone who still supported me and hope you still continue to do so.

Gene will serve you all well as he did for me while I was in the GM. There is without a doubt in my mind that anyone can surpass Gene's mad skills for this App. And i hope to make a comeback to Senior Command once it becomes open again.
