Suggestion: Add a Massiff Swep

Implementation: Swep for massiff's to make massiff noises without having to do it himself

Lore: Massiff's are K9 that are used by CG to track down fugitives and contraband.

+1 I would much prefer this over hearing an actual person named Massiff Billy making dog noises themselves

Though I am concerned about the feature to right click and freeze nearby players? Would probably have to be tweaked a bit.
