Tell us why you want to be an administrator (6 sentence minimum): There are a multitude of reasons I wish to become staff on Synergy. Ever since I joined the server with some friends, I have wished that this was the server I initially joined nearly a year ago when I initially started playing Star Wars RP. In terms of the great features present, general attitude amongst the players, and frequent updates, I believe Synergy is a server I wish to continue my time in GMOD in. In doing so, I believe it is only fitting that I help the server with staff-related issues: whitelisting, player questions, dealing with breaches of the server rules, etc. Furthermore, I do seek to eventually become Gamemaster on this server, as it is one of the best ways to a) help the server with events, b) help my battalion with unique missions and sims, and c) have fun in doing so. I also wish to progress in staff to the point where I can aid in the staff interview and training process given my experiences with that (see below). 

Tell us a little about yourself (3 sentence minimum): I have over 1100 hours on Star Wars RP servers on GMOD, very little of which is AFK. I have consumed much of the film/television Star Wars material out there, and as such have a deep understanding of lore. As I am in college (studying computer science, now with a focus on GIS), there are times of the year during which I am much less available, but I do still make times for obligations to staff and can be active several hours a day usually.

Do you have any previous staff experience? If yes, please elaborate on what you have accomplished: Yes. I am a former Senior Admin on Gaminglight ImperialRP; I formally resigned 2 days ago. The closest equivalence to here would be Veteran Admin from what I can tell. As a staff member there, I took more than 200 sits with a 97% rating. I helped interview new staff members and was very helpful to new staff in dealing with difficult sits (typically newer staff there would struggle with dealing with minges and using some uncommon commands, something that would also apply here I imagine). I was also a Senior Gamemaster, which is equivalent to Gamemaster Manager on SR from what I can see. I helped with numerous trainings, implementation of new Gamemaster rules/training documents, and pushed for updates for their GM team. I left due to general burnout in the server and issues I held with how the server was managed. With my experience as staff and Gamemaster, I have a deep understanding of ULX for staff, and the tools and capacity for unique ideas for Gamemaster when that time comes.

How many hours of in game time do you currently have on our Clone Wars server?: 52 hours. (I got the 75 hour requirement waived by Gadget)
