Description of event/encounter (required if no document provided): The CIS planted some bombs around on Anaxes for an attack they had planned and when the Republic found out they came and invaded Anaxes prematurely.

Yeah, I try to implement some things that aren't used so much, people kind of neglect tech and eod stuff in events.
