Adding Artillery base defenses

Suggestion: Give the Naval Officer job an Artillery Strike laser, and add 1 or 2 artillery cannons onto the base somewhere so we can use actual base defenses. Have a rule where the lasers have a cooldown so they cannot be spammed, and let the Naval shoot at the droids with it (if the gm allows during events). Since we don't actually have base defenses so that naval can defend the base I think this would be good for naval to have. (Other than just closing MHB doors)

Implementation: Add the pe_target_marker (Artillery Strike Marker) to the Naval Officer job. Also add a pe_artillery_cannon_venator (Artillery Cannon) on the base somewhere.

Lore: Naval operates the base, so they should be able to use the base defense systems.

Description: Naval Officers were often put in charge of bridge command on star destroyers. The more experienced officers were even put in command of entire star destroyers or battle groups.

(Provide the model string if on server Ex. models/player/synergy/cblake/ls_squad/ls_trp/lstrp.mdl (Get this from the Q menu)

Weapons: N/A
(If you want a modfication to a weapon/saber you must put the weapon string in the suggestion. Ex. tfa_e5 (Get this from the Q menu))

Yeah, but then the GM would have to spawn in Artillery cannons and give the person a tool. It would make more sense for artillery cannons to be built into the base and Naval receive the tool to use them. Imagine it was an encounter and the GM was just an Admin, he wouldn't be able to spawn in the entity.

Problem with thing being built in isn’t it an entity. Aren’t we trying to cut down on entities on the server? That’s the biggest reason why we shouldn’t add it IMO.
