Suggestion: Allow all CIS Forces faction be auto no targeted on the job

Implementation: Allow auto no target for the entire CIS Forces that all hostile B1/B2 and any CIS NPCS wont shoot back

Require Devolpment

 

Other: This is a simple change for CIS but will allow more diverse operations overall.

I believe they already said that Maxwells was working on changing the Teams for all CIS jobs, this would make it so the CIS jobs don't get shot at by the droid npcs.
