Game Master Discord?

Is there a Game Master discord that players have access to? If not then ya'll should make one / make it public and ping players when events are happening. I think attendance would dramatically increase. I'm often tabbed out doing other things while waiting for something to do and it would be cool to get a ping when something is starting up

There is a game master discord, but it's mainly used for event planning and communication to and from other game masters. We normally don't announce events, because if we were to do that, then events and encounters would be pinged multiple times a day and get very annoying. Battalions occasionally announce bigger events in their respective discords, especially if it's a deployment. 

However, if it's actually something that a group of players would actually want, I'd think it's something the GM leadership team could think about. I'm not speaking for all of them, but I'd personally be open to the idea of a discord for larger event pings.

I mean normally battalion discords ping when events are getting planned for people to get on, I know we do this in 212th at least
