Why did you leave the staff team?:

When I was a Head-Admin every time I got on the server I ended up doing several hours worth of staff interviews and training. Doing this everyday for weeks straight really begins to drain you and make you want to leave(it didn't help that we never had a consistent full HA team at that time so some of us had to pick up the slack). It got to the point where I was hardly able to enjoy myself on the server anymore so I dipped when things started to settle down and Chambers was ok with me leaving(because he needed help with the crazy workload).

Why do you want to rejoin the staff team? (3 sentence minimum):

To get straight to the point and not sugar coat this: I want the ability to build things on the server. Last time I was staff I used to build little dupes and stuff for people to play with like the Synergy's Got Talent show we used to hold every so often. I also plan to join the Game Master program because I have some cool in depth event ideas that seem like they would be really fun IMO.

How do you feel your previous time as a staff member went? (3 sentence minimum):

Besides all the endless work I got stuck with towards the end of my time I had an awesome time as staff. I'm pretty laid back so I might come off as a little irresponsible but actually when I am serious about doing things such as staff work I am a very good role model. When I was able to build I was always looking for new ideas to make fun on the server when there wasn't any (without breaking major rules) and I never got in trouble so I guess that means I did my job well. I have a lot of great memories from the past and would like to continue creating these memories by being staff for the second time.

Do you understand by re-applying to get your previous rank back that you will be tested on your knowledge of the server rules and practices?:

Yes and if I get accepted I don't plan on going past SA.
