They have to sneak or fight their way to the criminal stronghold and fight their way through the rest of it to secure the target and apprehend the gang leader. Next, they fight their way back through the city to the landing pad where they make their escape, hopefully with both people alive. This would include a few event jobs and maybe an extra helper or 2.
