Zula1287 Posted January 16, 2019 Posted January 16, 2019 RP Name/Steam Name: Private SickoMode and Steam: Zula1287 Steam ID: STEAM_0:0:445691273 Date of Ban: January 15th, 2019 Length of Ban: 3 Days Offense: NITRP (trying to be a smartass) Banned By: Commander Keller Why should we unban you/shorten the ban period?: I believe that I should be unbanned because it was wrong and unjust. I was Clone Trooper who just switched to my trainee job to spawn into the training room with my friend. I was then asked by Commander Keller to switch back to my clone trooper. I tried to switch back but it wasnt working, I think it might have been because of the lag on the server. I was then asked again and again but i kept telling him that it didnt work. He was threating me by saying i was gonna get arrested but it WASNT working. Then finally i was going to disconnect but then all of a sudden it worked and i changed jobs. P.S. I have a very low and scratchy voice and I think he thought that i was trolling. I really wasnt and that is just the way i talk. I feel like he banned me from the way i sounded more than what i did. (BTW i never left the trainee room so i never broke any rules. Please unban me because i didnt break any rules. Thank You for your consideration. Matra Posted January 17, 2019 Posted January 17, 2019 (edited) @Zula1287 The reason as to why I banned you was because you were interrupting CC trainings; I noticed you were a private and I asked you to switch jobs so you would stop interrupting the CC trainings. I even showed you how to switch jobs, I told you to go to the F4 menu and how to do /ct; you said you typed /ct and it didn't work, at that point I knew you were just minging and interrupting trainings. But just to make sure you were right about not being able to, I actually did check your ping, and you weren't even breaking 125 ping; your mic was as well running smoothly. It was obvious you were lying to me and intentionally doing this behavior. And I have zero tolerance when it comes to disrupting CC trainings as this was their first impression of the server. Also, you kept switching your name from Mobamba and Sickomode, which further hinted that you were only on the server to minge. Gadget Posted January 17, 2019 Posted January 17, 2019 I can understand the logic going through Matra's head, getting on the server and calling yourself "Sicko mode" or "MoBamba" hints to the fact that you may not be here to actually role play and are probably just a minge or a troll waiting for his buddy so they can do more damage. I also feel that a 3 day ban is a little extreme for this kind of offence, but i also see how arresting them may have just escalated things further resulting in worst behavior. maybe a kick would have been more suitable. I doubt that you couldn't switch jobs thou, as switching jobs is really easy, just "/CT" in chat, I've loaded on the server with awful load in lag and got on my job in under 20 second. with my limited knowledge and understanding of the situation, i feel like they should be un-banned +1 As they have, hopefully, learned from his mistake and should have just waited, hanging over a TR while he is training and CC is incredibly distracting for the TR and the CC. He should have just waited in his bunks or where ever or do something to pass the time, the TR room is meant for CC who need training and TR+/admins, so normal troopers shouldn't be in there, yet alone swapping jobs in an attempt to bypass it. What? Were you expecting some colourful thing denoting my past achievements? Well tough luck, even if I did it would be just 3 things - Bacara, SPEC REG, Old HA. Once a Marine, Always a Marine... However if they do have NITRP That's on your judgement, although i still believe they should have been arrested first if they were not.
