I just wish to help Enjoy and help people out as well as if it's no TRO'S+ on I will pull a trainer but if it's none I will put my staff work a side and train the CC and as well as I will love to help any New Game master or Staff member who forgot how to do something and also I would love to 1 day become apart of the Staff team so that's why I won't stop trying in to I can make it and if some of yall know who I am you know I go for something I want and I won't stop in to I reach my goal of becoming apart of the staff team so this is why I wish to become a Admin I just won't stop trying in to I can reach my goals as well as I can put in more then 3 hours in every day and I will promise you will see me on every day I will become the most active staff and I will make sure no Minges,Rdmers,Trollers will go away so people can enjoy the sever instead of just trying or waiting for a admin to get on and stop them so yeah this all I can Tell you so have a nice day! Tell us a little about yourself (3 sentence minimum):Well you see I'm just a normal person but I have no work or nothing to do so I just sit home play my game sometimes like to joke around on the sever make people days and have fun as well when I can do event's And Encounters I will always do one if it's nothing going on so people no it's always have something to do and just say this sever is boring and ETC,And it will just be cool and I will be so happy just to see how many people enjoyed it and I like to learn form feed back as well. Do you have any previous staff experience?:I was a Mod on Ice fuse but then I quit because I wanted to be a staff member on this sever since I'm more active on here. How much playtime do you have on the synergy server? (You must have a minimum of 75 hours of in-game playtime on the server to apply for new admin. Make a staff ticket in the game so that you can figure out your playtime if you think you are close) 250 hours. Logic Posted January 13, 2019 Report Share Posted January 13, 2019 Can’t say I’ve had many encounters with you, but what I do know is this, When you are on your senator I hear snickers about how annoying you are and how you failrp, again thats just what I hear. What I know is that you rush TR work, I shadowed you once and it was pretty close to garbage as you read the wall and moved on, I think it took you a total of 6 minutes to train a CC, including getting names right and bind, I know that my shadow of you is not the only occurance because you’ve had strikes of it in the past, and if my memory serves me correctly you had to get ReTR trained, so I’m going to have to say -1 for the reason of as an admin you’d be a TR for a month or more I'm not toxic. Carvis Posted January 13, 2019 Report Share Posted January 13, 2019 (edited) -1 Im sorry, but i’ve noticed the same things Logic has said about FailRP and 6 minutes to train someone just shows the lack of interest in it. Edit: Also after going through the denied applications i noticed you posted this basically the minute your blacklist from staff applications was removed. In my personal opinion, you should’ve taken that month to prove to staff/the community that you are able to uphold the behavior of a staff member which seems to not have happened. With the community feedback that has already happened on this application, it’s is very likely it’s going to be denied. Take this next month you’ll have to really show the staff team that you are a good RPer and know what you’re doing and can act mature enough to be a part of the staff team. Also, i just want to say i’m not saying these things to be an asshole, i’m saying these things to give you the best constructive criticism that i can. (Also, rushing TR trainings is a no-no from me chief.)
