Bug Type (Server:): Whitelist Severity level (Low - Medium - High): Low Evidence (if you can): Description of the bug: When someone is on the massiff whitelist they don't get the CG speed boost or the bite swep. How can we recreate it: Set someone to the massiff whitelist (this works even from the CG whitelist).

+1 The current brig is small and this design would improve our prison RP as well as making it so brig doesn't get full when more than five people are there.
