I won't lie yes, its short but when i was Gree this guy did everything without me telling him too, he helped me in MANY ways that i don't think i would've been able to do without him. Yes, i agree his app is really short and could use improvement but i do think he would be a great Gree whether he gets it this time or not. +1

-1. This is only because of your attitude and actions in game. You have not only called multiple people the R slur in game to the point where it genuinely hurt their feelings. You also joked one of my Jedi's stutters openly and Infront of multiple people (about 2-3 weeks ago) and apologized just an hour ago. It wasn't even a sincere apology. I do not want to work with someone who is known to constantly make fun of other people in a battalion and continues even after a warning. I will say you have changed but I feel it's only because of this app. Another thing i would rather have someone that's going to listen and communicate with the rest of BCMDs rather than someone who is going to argue and deny everything during a meeting. You're trying to go for a position that is supposed to be one of the more serious positions. You are known to going against anything or anyone that doesn't agree with you. I think applying for BCMD after 2 months of joining the server is also a bit unexperienced. I see a lot of room for improvement and then maybe my opinion would change but for now it will be a -1.

1/2/4 Gameplay: Had no sense behind it and was random every turn. WAY too much health on every droid. No clue what was happening the entire event. Got droids spawned on me and the rest of the battalion every time we cleared droids. Care/Effort: It was just thrown together tbh. Server: Yea it was ight

I'm not going to copy and paste my other app. But anyways the 41st has always been there for me especially when I needed it most meaning I'm going to be here when they need me. I came into the battalion with only 1 person active a day and even they would be afk. Now we have 4-5 and during deployments around 8. I feel as if I have improved the battalion in ways that I can't even mention. Everything on my previous app that I said I was going to get done I did already. My focus is completely on this battalion, and it will always be that way. Another thing is that I know I have improved on my attitude and how I act in game and even in TS. I will admit I have times that I mess around but it's not how I used to be. Like I said previously I am good at listening whether it's with a battalion member or with another battalion's member. I enjoy hearing suggestions people have for the battalion and I. Lastly, I will say it again that the battalion members currently and later on have my trust and I have theirs. Our battalion thinks of each other as a family, and we take care of each other a lot. I know this could tie into people being known as "favorites", but I know how to turn off the whole family thing and do what needs to be done. They know that I will always communicate before making a change and they know that I'm not going to show favoritism too anyone in the battalion. I will make sure to not make changes that will hurt nor damage the battalion and make sure that I keep up our battalion. I can ensure that I can get 41st steady and running again and keep it that way. Availability: I'm able to be on everyday past 3 or 4 because of my work schedule unless I need to go somewhere which I normally find out about a few days before or a week. We will not be a 1-man battalion and we will have a very stable officer corp. Not only that but if a higher command leaves, we will be able to function and not depend on that command. The battalion will not only be known as one of the best, but it will be the best. We will be the battalion that is fun to do trainings and events with. We will have better RP and will be able to continue that from Gree to Gree. Not only all this but our jedi will be up and running again. We went from 0 to 4-5 and will continue this later on. We have been good with our jedi getting masters and I will make sure it continues. We will no longer be known as a "minge battalion" as I am working on it currently and I know I'm on the right track too fixing it. My main goals for the battalion When it comes to my main goals it's pretty much all from my last app. The only thing about that is i pretty much finished them all and I'm going to keep them going. So, I'm going to paste the ones I'm still working on as of today. Improve relations with other battalions. Get joint trainings started and have deployments/events with 41st and other battalions. Get our comms started and be a battalion people want to interact with. Work on how we represent ourselves. When people get bored, we tend to just mess around. I would make it where we have trainings for certain times. If we start getting too mingy, I will host a training that would get the members back into a more serious mood. Get our subunit tryouts happening again. Enforce the "tryouts hosted every weekend" advert. Make sure we have people willing to do tryouts in the leadership positions for subunits. Now I have much more plans coming up and I can't wait to introduce them into the 41st. I am more focused on the inside of the battalion than the outside and I'd much rather get the core fixed first. These are just my main plans right now and as soon as they are done the next ones will be happening and being thought of more and more. Soon our battalion will be the best like it used to.
