Why do you want to join the Gamemaster team?: I wish to join the Gamemaster team to host events and encounters that gives the community something fun and lore accurate to do on server. I have noticed that peak hours have a lot of events and encounters, however mid-afternoon or late at night there is usually nothing to do. Since I am on the server during those non-peak hours I want to host events and encounters that encourages more people to log on to the server. Not only will this help battalions and the community become more active this could help new CC's see that there is something going on at different times on the server. I like being an admin for Synergy and being a GH but I want to take a step up and host my own events. For this I will have to learn to build and see the different dupes, however that is something I am willing to take the time to learn to be a GM. Do you have any suggestions for the gamemaster team?: Not at this time.

Recently I have noticed that the server is dead when there are not events going on. I believe that my activity on the server can help the administrators because I am on when the server seems to be dead. I would like to hold encounters before known events so that activity on the server can increase for these events. I believe that I can help keep the server active and hopefully get more new people on the server. I also have had very positive interactions with staff within the game and it seems to be something that I would like to be involved with since the community seems great. The past events that I have attended have been outstanding and the community feedback to them has been great. Administration is definitely something I would like to be involved with. Tell us a little about yourself (3 sentence minimum): I am 19 years old and a baseball player IRL. My life seems to get busy, however I always find myself playing on this server and becoming closer with the community. This community has done a lot for me in finding friends and being welcomed. I base my life around respect and good times. When on the server you can see me taking RP serious, however out of character I like to have fun and laugh so you will see a different side of me. I tend to think that I am funny and I enjoy making people laugh. All of which is another reason I would like to become staff. I want to show this community that you can take RP serious and still enjoy a laugh and have fun when there is an appropriate time. Do you have any previous staff experience? If yes, please elaborate on what you have accomplished: I do have previous staff experience. I was a new admin, and an admin in game probably about two years ago at this point. I sadly went AFK because my computer crashed and I did not have the money at the time to fix it. I was 16 or 17 at the time and my parents wouldn't help me out financially to fix it, however I enjoyed my time as an admin. For what I accomplished, I honestly don't remember much other than I enjoyed being an admin and helping people with their troubles in game. I also enjoyed helping with encounters and events as a GH or game helper. I am applying for new admin because I want to start fresh with admin. I want to learn the new ways of administration since I have been an admin and I want to genuinely help this server. Why do you want to rejoin the staff team? (3 sentence minimum): I want to play more of a part in the community and I am on late at night so I want to hold more encounters/ events/ and overall admin help during the late hours. How do you feel your previous time as a staff member went? (3 sentence minimum): I thought I did well with my last admin stint, and I just want to get back into it. Do you understand by re-applying to get your previous rank back that you will be tested on your knowledge of the server rules and practices?: Yes I do, but if you would give me new admin again to learn the admin roles again I would also be okay with that.

I consider myself to be a very good listener and take orders very well without any question. Also, in becoming an administrator I can do what I like to do best which is help the community with anything they need, in this case their RP experience. I love this server and want to make it as fun for everyone else as it is for me. Recently I have heard and seen that the admins have been super inactive and there is a lot of pressure on the couple admins that are on at a time to answer every ticket even if they are in a trial or something else just as important. In becoming an admin I can help this out because I have been very active, and with summer starting I plan on being even more active, so I can help out the higher admins with my regular activity on this server. I plan on continuing my academic and athletic career after high school, but I also make time in my life for the things that I enjoy doing. I am a Sheriff's Explorer which means I am a junior officer and must rank up within the Sheriff's Department just like regular deputies and take orders and attend security details and go on ride along's.
