This is the best way. I used to find new CTs and show them around or hang with them. Even if they were minge I would teach them as we go. CT leadership would just be another role to fill. The people on the server currently in leadership positions(SGT+) can already teach people. See no point to this. -1

-1 You should try to get people interested in them as in get POSSIBLE leaders to help fill those branches. Removing them would lead to future people who WILL be interested in it not getting the chance to have it. One question. What job will the new recruits get when they join the battalion?

Sorry man but -1 There is no point if the Senator's we have now are barely active and the one's who do be active barely do much beside walk around for like 5-10 mins then switch jobs Would just be wasting time adding another Senator
