I was apart of RC the time the update dropped giving the uniqueness to each member of the squads. The only thing that I asked for, was a better shotgun. (And a repair tool that instead clicked at the annoying semi-fast rate, would click 20x faster to earrape me.) It was given to us, and when I mean by us; I mean the whole Tech group in RC. (not the click on the repair tool, it never made it) That was ours. You had EOD stuff, stuff that was taken away because of dumb mistakes by "dumb" people. Instead of asking for something unique to one class, ask for something different, something unique; dive into your imagination and please ask for something else. It also wouldn't be fair to the battalions who singly handily get fucked by one shotgun to then get fucked by another. This is my -1.

As a previous Taggart, leading something like this is extremely difficult, it's not like a battalion and it's not like a squad; it's something in-between that I just can't quite describe. I won't shit on anyone for making a suggestion or dare say "It'll flop like it did before." Battalions have had a chance to prove themselves back in the past, and a prime example is the 91st. With the right leadership, someone like Medic and Co. they did a great thing with the 91st, they brought it back and it was fucking great and is still doing fantastic. I will say this, and I'll try not to repeat myself multiple times; there were 4 Taggarts in the span of the Commandos being open, 4 great people (not to toot my own horn) that lead this THING. Moose, Arcann, Dargon, and myself. Dargon and Arcann, two great people; both former Masters in the Jedi Order and Dargon was Mace Windu and Yoda. Dargon handled Jedi so easily. What bothered me and baffled me is that he couldn't handle something like the commandos, no one could. I do not believe it is a good idea right now to bring back something that is so quite difficult to maintain, there are alot of projects Synergy is currently dealing with and this right now should not be something brought up in this time. Take this as you read it, as hostile as it gets. You and Square overreacted if you made this decision together, you are talking a permanent ban for just saying he's someone else. YOU KNEW IT WAS SOMEONE ELSE, ALL YOU HAD TO DO WAS DENY THE APPLICATION AND EXPLAIN IT THERE AND THEN SPEAK TO THE PERSON IN TEAMSPEAK. That is standard protocol in these situations, I stand by a ban, but not a permanent one.

ok input time : Impersonating a staff and actually getting away with it is another thing, this kid could clearly not do it in-game nor on the forums. He has caused nill damage on the community other than copying some random dude's staff application. (we've had cases of this before and the most they got was a slap on the wrist and a 6-Month ban from the staff team.) Now, when you state that fella lied about his age, and presumably to actually get on the staff team, little fucked up; but it can also be fixed with a 6-Month ban from the staff team. Overall : This should've never been a permanent ban, we have an established ban system and we've never banned someone permanently for actually doing something like this before. @Carter I ask you reconsider the ban time, and I hope the Directors/Administrative Coordinator take affirmative action on banning Tom from the staff team to an actual appropriate amount.

Eh, this has been brought up so many times, it's almost impossible to fight something when the community just wants their lore boners to be erect 24/7, even though half of the shit we have on the server isn't lore. You have your armor buff, but armor is actually lowkey shit anyway. I wanted a medic in Delta a very long time ago and I just accepted the fact it'll never happen, no matter how much you try. Here is a thing we did back when I was Fixer. We performed a program in the squad where we stole a medic from each battalion monthly to give them a chance to be in the boots of an RC whilst being deployed with them, this would have to be approved by their battalion commander but you know how easy that is. I recommend you start something up like that, it'll be worth it because then you'll have double goodies.

You know, this is the first report I've seen in a while where the person who got reported doesn't just give up and admit to the wronging, and even then some people before him have had less evidence and still admitted lol.
