In most cases, the battalion that you're running for will already speak on the application expressing their opinions. Now here's the thing, giving the battalion the final say will cause some issues with some player(s) leaving a mark on their heads. Let's say I am the 501st XO, a Colonel is currently running for the position but I do not think he or she is doing well enough to get this position, so this XO expresses his opinion to the others in the battalion and that alters the final decision leaving the Directors no choice but to deny the application. Also, this will remove some powers the Directors, Palpatine, Marshal Commanders, etc will have on this decision making progress. If all these people agreed on having this person be Rex, but the 501st isn't for it they shouldn't be denied the position; that's a bit silly. This leaves too much power on the battalion and could result in them never having a BCMD at one point. I do believe the battalion that you go for should overall like you and think you're a good leader, but I feel that isn't needed. Now here's the case with the second option, in some battalions it is already like that, and putting restrictions on how battalions run their own hierarchy would kind of skull fuck their freedom. The previous BCMD should've already chosen someone they believe deserve this position, but in some cases maybe that person just isn't right for the whole deal right? Maybe some Colonel would be a better leader and the XO is more of a follower. Again, this would completely eliminate interviews for positions and would most likely result in someone getting the position that they don't deserve. I am going to drop an example that might never happen, but who fucking knows. I am Rex, I choose my best friend that just joined the battalion to become my XO because I know I'll be leaving soon and I want my friend in power just in case I come back. Again, this might not ever happen, but why leave it to chance? I am confident in what we have now is sufficient enough and we should keep it that way. TLDR; no -1 i am aware i get sidetracked often so if you're reading this and was like wtf is happening thats why.

Alright, I remember when this all went down. I am going to say +1. When I informed Llama that the SO Discord was changed and converted to something it shouldn't have been he immediately went to you and spoke with you about the issue. You acted professional, you even attempted to give the discord back, but at that point one was already created as a replacement. What makes me believe that you should be able to come back is that the moment you were encountered you were quick to give it back. Although it shouldn't have been taken in the first place. for people who didn't know the story

Hello! Now, in order for this to be a valid bug report, the gun must've previously been on the job and was accidentally removed or is just glitched. Please either confirm or deny that the weapon was on this job as soon as possible. And if the gun was on the job, can you last state when the job had the weapon? (And be as specific as possible) It'd make it easier for people to trace the update logs and identify if this was an accident or on purpose.

Alright, thank you Overdrill for posting a ban appeal for this and respecting the regulations and such. Here's the thing with your case, we know that you didn't mean in it a racial matter, but the cause of ban is so much more than "racism" it's failure to comply with spewing racist words in the OOC chat. As stated in the CC Room, bigotry, racism, arguing in the OOC chat will result in consequences, this would be a case of the that rule. A case such like this has been brought up before and was denied, see this as a vacation and take some time off and think of what you've said. And ask yourself this; "Would me saying this in OOC chat result in punishment?" It's good to ask yourself if you should do something first before you do it.

Alright, I'm going to throw in some of my knowledge to the situation. I know Moose, knew him quite well. I was there for his interview for Taggart and I worked alongside him at one point in the Special Operations. He worked extremely hard on documentation work and he never seemed to be a guy to throw away the work he's done. And out of my view, I have no idea how the documentation was lost or "deleted" but all I know from Dargon and Arcann about the Commando documents is that we had to completely remake some documentation. Little to my knowledge and I'm sure either Arcann or Dargon could point this out as well, I never knew anything about a Sergeant document for the SC, nor did I know of any of these documents Moose owned except for the Tryout Document. I would like you (Moose) to please speak with Joah/Zim or the Directors about something like this and prove yourself that you didn't delete this documents and explain to them where these documents went when Taggart's were being chosen. This doesn't seem to be a +1 -1 situation, so I'll leave it at that.
