Name: Bbstine Suggestion: Remove the E-Binoculars from the server. Implementation: Removing the E-Binoculars from both the Perma-Weapon Vendors and players. There's a few reasons to why I believe the bino's should be removed. 1. They're useless, the only RP aspect you can use them for is "marking" targets. And if you try to argue that they're used for zooming in and spotting targets from afar not only can the Suit Zoom option in your options menu be utilized and is 2x better. 2. The rules regarding the E-Binoculars are so vague, shooting E-Binoculars for no reason is FailRP however shooting them towards a target is not FailRP, but if you shoot them too much it's FailRP. It's silly and really weird to enforce. 3. Regarding the E-Binoculars in-general they are primarily used to fuck around and look dumb as shit whilst people are using it. Personally as I can only speak for myself I've never seen them used properly and see no use for them. Out of all the time I've been here, everyone who has spoken an opinion on this suggestion has proven facts, gave good feedback, and generally are being polite. I'm honestly surprised. My turn, I've ad my shared encounters with Sith, most of the time it was trash tier roleplay that I'd like to pull the trigger on myself. However I can not doubt the fact that all the great interactions I've had with them is their Dark Council and Lords. These people are the backbone to what can make Sith great, and I'm willing to wait out to see what happens with this one, never was a supporter for it in the first place but damn if I let people lose their hard work getting to where they did in the Sith Order. Jesus fucking christ this suggestion gave me type 2 aids. No ban appeal will ever be well received when there is such a backing by the staff member that did the ban. If you don't give us evidence to support YOUR claim as a player, I am taking the staff's say on the report. They were there, they saw it, so were you. Unfortunately you're right that recording 24/7 takes alot of memory. (If you keep the clips for some fucking reason.) But if you ever record with the intent to catch a staff member abusing you're going to be so dissapointed. I've seen it time and time again with these ban appeals, let me give you the process of a successful ban appeal. >Player makes ban appeal. >>Player provides sufficient evidence of wrong doing or atleast can have someone back him up from the server. >>>Player doesn't continue to reply on his ban appeal by "Thanking" or "Disliking and calling out" the players who hold your fate in hand. Honestly man, you were trained to not shoot your brothers on the server, you saw it and listened to it get preached in your ears from a trainer. If you got punched and wanted it to stop you simply have to say "don't hit me" Or just call him out for RDM if you wanted to be a cock about it. Joah stated himself that it's okay that the knife is OP for the specific reason because of the janky hitbox on stabbing people whilst running. You won't get stabbed if you don't want to be stabbed, it's a simple thing. We keep cutting the rights of the knife and I'm tired of it, just don't get stabbed 4head.
