Okay. Dennis personally I have nothing against you. With the little interaction I have had with you it has all been positive. However, I am a little nervous you being Admiral from your leadership style with the fact that Naval needs someone that is a strong leader. Yes you have the experience with is definitely something to show for however, I don't think its translate to being a good Admiral. Also, This app.... Man is it little to nothing. 2 sentences for "Why you should be Admiral" is not a lot. Like I have said in the past on other peoples apps, You don't have to pull a Conrad and have a 10 page App but like some more effort is nice to see. I know, I get it apps are tough to write but like some more effort would be nice. This App looks like you threw it together in 15 minutes. 1/10 I am going to be very blunt. This was bad. The event made little to no sense. Ur event character broke cloaking rules and when they were going to die, they CCed to get away. Just needs to get better planning.

Why do you want to rejoin the staff team? (3 sentence minimum): Well as I make my 4th time trying coming back to the staff team, I want to rejoin because I do in fact like helping people who do need the help. I love training new people and being that first face that people see and try to make an impression on them so hopefully they will continue to want to play on the server. I also wanna be a part of seeing this server grow and want to do the best I can to help with that. How do you feel your previous time as a staff member went? (3 sentence minimum): Personally for me I enjoyed it, I like being a staff member and helping. I thought if I needed help someone could always help me and get my problems answered quickly. The only thing I had a concern with was how we got judged about taking tickets. Last time I felt it took me a super long time to be promoted from New Admin to Admin is because I did a lot of training and not as much as taking tickets but Hoping things changed. My CG is not under you so I do not interact with you as much as others do, but what from what I have seen ATK doesn't have any major Issues so I'll give you a +1.
