  2. Question: why is @Smokes not on the wall for MoH Comments and concerns: As a recipient of the Medal of Honor, why is he not on the MoH wall? For someone in 2018 who witnessed Smoke's journey from Private to Commander Keller, he was a pivotal figure in serious role-play during the Serious RP era. Staff Member you're asking: Additional info: The MoH wall for refrence https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1404922280743796756/1409707796554842122/image.png?ex=68ae5c31&is=68ad0ab1&hm=ac7c6fac576318e92d950184cfe7d5fbac27c603c4ccfc421fe589d09104e6c4
  3. +1 STRAYCODE
  4. +1 TU isn’t a real subunit. It’s a shell. Players don’t join TU because they care about TU they join because it’s the only way to access regiments early. That’s it. They don’t want ARF; they want the regiment structure, the whitelist, and the gear. The second they get ARC trainings? They leave. TU might look active, but it’s not healthy activity. No one is there for TU. That’s not sustainable, and it’s not real engagement. The issue isn’t that ARF doesn’t make sense in an ARC battalion, it’s that ARC is strictly better in every way. Kit, status, access, ARC overshadows ARF completely. So why would anyone settle for less? They don’t. TU ends up being a stepping stone, not a destination. Players grind TU like it’s a tutorial and then move on. That’s not a subunit, it’s a placeholder. If we want something sustainable, we need a subunit that competes with Alpha, not one that only exists because Alpha is locked. The answer isn’t to stretch TU’s lifespan artificially. The answer is to give players a subunit that feels like an ARC-plus experience: ARC + Heavy, ARC + Medic, ARC + Recon, something with purpose, identity IN a subunit, and a reason to stay even if regiments weren’t on the table.
  5. +1 As BCMD of this battalion, I believe this change significantly improves the new player experience within Rancor. Currently, players who aren't interested in joining TU may have to wait 2–4 weeks just to access key equipment like medkits, Z-6s, or drop armor. This is because Rancor's regiments are locked behind completing all ARC trainings, which are not guaranteed passes. In my own experience, it took me five weeks to finish ARC, and during that time, I couldn't join any regiment. While I personally wasn't focused on regiment progression at the time, many new players are, the long wait can discourage them. Some may even leave Rancor entirely to join other battalions where access to equipment and regiments is faster. By easing this restriction, we give new players a more engaging and rewarding early experience.
  6. -1 I'm strongly against allowing someone who previously sold explicit content (nudes) back on the server. This isn’t just a question of personal conduct, it’s a matter of community safety and responsibility. We currently have an active Lieutenant who is only 13 years old, and it’s no secret that our server includes a significant number of younger members. Reintroducing someone with a history tied to adult content, even if they're no longer engaging in that behavior, sends the wrong message and introduces unnecessary risk. This server should be a safe and welcoming space for everyone, especially minors. Bringing someone back who has publicly engaged in behavior that is explicitly adult, and potentially criminal depending on their age at the time. It shows a lack of regard for the kind of community we're fostering. It undermines the trust of both our members and their parents, and it opens the door to further scrutiny or even liability. This is not about holding someone’s past against them forever. it’s about setting and maintaining a standard that prioritizes safety, maturity, and appropriate boundaries for a mixed-age online environment. There are consequences for certain actions, and in this case, allowing them back would compromise the integrity and safety of the server.
  7. Guys why cant we just hug it out
