This sounds great and all, but it's actually difficult to tell sometimes when someone "accidently" shoots their guns or "accidently" runs somebody over. With the current rule, all players have the same punishment regardless of intent, which ends up having everything be fair. It sucks, but it's the best possible way to do it. -1.

If this was a suggestions to add more named Senators, I would +1, more lore is good and some people might like playing them. It wouldn't hurt. But since this is basically a suggestion to add Senators with no actual lore and a basis for their RP, it's gonna be a -1 from me. The Senate is struggling as is to get their ranks full and active.

+1 Give them some love, the whole point of joining DU is for shields and this would help encourage that.

-1 I'm sorry, I really would love to see new battalions come into the server, but we really can't handle more than we currently have. We need to fix the issues within the current battalions and hopefully in the future we'll get some more members to open the door for more battalions and groups.

I was skeptical from the title, but having this would actually be really good. Having something that when hooked up to a proper frequency, you could communicate through voice from long range to outgoing patrols. This would help with people stopping and typing for 30 seconds or so and dying to enemies. Naval could use it to communicate with outgoing units across the map, sort of how the intercom works, but only for people on one frequency, and only if they have the comlink out. Big +1

In a game which is part PVE and part PVP, there has to be a balance somewhere. Having a spammable shotgun that 1 shots you with good aim and a literal instakill with the mando sniper, sure, that might be realistic, but you have to bridge the gap to actually make the game fun for others. Every person with the overpowered weapons is going to cry if they get removed, but they have literally ruined the whole point of gathering in-game credits if they can just buy an all purpose weapon from the shop and destroy anything that comes their way. It's detrimental towards event jobs, it's annoying during entertainments, and the fact that GMs have to specifically ban the use of these weapons during their deployments speaks a lot for how much they change the way the game functions. +1, either nerf the fuck out of the them or remove them entirely.

I'm gonna say this. Why do we need to brand ourselves as a "serious" or "semi-serious" server? That debate hasn't come up in literal months and it's because it frankly doesn't matter for the way our server functions. Hell, we don't even have it in the title of the server name. Labelling ourselves this way is just restricting in the way that people will feel they have to act a certain way due to a shitty title for the server. Just let people do what they like, we have rules for outright minges and we have programs put in for immersion, the only thing stopping the server from being less serious is the PLAYERS THEMSELVES. If you people want less serious roleplay, be prepared to receive in-character backlash for it, as other people might want a more serious outlook on the server. People need to stop getting arrested, stop witch hunting, stop singling people out, stop complaining about staff, and stop whining if things don't go their way. People are in positions for a reason to help with these issues, but it's not gonna change over night.

That doesn't mean that we should bring in more though. A lot of those characters are there to give life to battalions. 99 will literally just a borderline event job that will go around and do janitor RP.

He died very early on in the war, so in the lore we're currently running he wouldn't be alive. Having CF-99 and 99 alive at the same time literally making no sense. The only way I can see this being used is during actual events in the past on Kamino. I don't want people tarnishing 99 by making him look like a fool, either. I'll +1, very hesitantly.

Dude, why did you put my name if I haven't been a part of this project since it started. The making of this project was to fill the gap created by Sith when Sith was removed. Myself and the others listed on the suggestion came together and began creating rules in anticipation for the community wanting something else other than Clone and Jedi to play on. This entire project was mostly made because we switched to Endor for a small amount of time, and since then the faction had been scrapped. The problem with a faction like this is that we would need heavy management to accomplish it. Battalion officer corps are at a low, Naval is struggling and so is Jedi, to an extent. We cannot possibly fit another faction in, even if the community was on board. It would be a repeat of Grey Jedi/Sith all over again. Careless leadership leads to garbage rules being put in to attempt to get rid of the faction before eventually being removed altogether. I literally have no idea why you posted this. The faction was supposed to be something that the people involved could work on IF there was a void in the server for a second faction. This was stupid, I'm sorry. -1. Edit: Looking at our discord, you literally didn't even CONSULT ANYBODY THAT WAS ON THE TEAM BEFORE POSTING THIS.

Most of the brightness issues will be fixed with whatever weather plugin Synergy uses.

If I remember correctly he was banned for "helping regional exploit" by assisting him in the money dupe glitch
