Why would a clone use this as a weapon..? -1. Looks like more resources that the server doesn't need has no lore evidence of use.

I'm denying this suggestion due to the fact that it is common sense. If the server is full. Kick AFK's if its less than 5 hour players just ask for permission. If no HA is on or anyone of a higher rank, just do it.

There's a reason staff is required and its due to the fact that they are able to be monitored and is less work for the staff team to be looking at other teams. Look at superior servers for example. They ban more "Player GameMaster" and "Bought Lowest Tier admins" than any other players on their server. Its not happening. If you want to make a difference, be a staff member. Easy as that. I am not giving a tool to GM players to crash the server. Not happening.

It's the base that causes this, unfortunately I cannot solve this without changing the base.
