  1. working with him in the Guild I think his work ethic would apply well into staff. +1
  2. +1 like Fizzik said, he's the only guy for the spot right now, and he'll do good.
  3. I don’t know you, but I just wanna say two things: 1. Respect for saying what you’re actually thinking. Not many people do. 2. Not everyone is a leader. In order to be promoted to a LEADERSHIP position in jedi or anywhere, you have to be fit for the position. Like I said, I don’t know you, I just wanted to say this mostly for the people reading this. Time does not equate to rank. I’d rather listen to a master that’s brand new but a strong leader vs someone who’s been around forever and isn’t. Just my two cents. If you spout off about “deserving” a promotion you didn’t get, you probably didn’t deserve it. Best of luck to you.
  4. I'll be cancelling my application at this time. I've spent the past few days observing and interacting with certain people, and that has led me to see that my help will be of no use on the staff team at this time. I won't say specifics, not going to talk negative about anyone publicly. I'll apply again if my opinion changes. Please close this.
  5. RP Name: Elder Sinister | Rancor PVT Sinister Steam ID: STEAM_0:1:67611701 VIP (Y/N): Y Age: 21 Timezone: CST What was your previous staff rank?: MRP Director technically, or HA for my last CWRP rank Are you currently staff on a different server?: Nope Why did you leave the staff team?: Life. I was working 40 hours a week, going to school, and trying to run the Military RP server, it just wasn't working at the time. Why do you want to rejoin the staff team? (3 sentence minimum): Honestly, I always want to come back. Hanging out on the server was always fun, I never left because I didn't enjoy it. Now that I have some more time, I will be playing the server again, and I always want to help where I'm able to. I'm a very creative person and I'm a nerd when it comes to Star Wars Lore of all kinds. Creating outside of the box events, simulations, and just fun things for people to do is a way I enjoy spending my time. I feel like I now have enough free time to be able to contribute to the staff team, and that's why I'm wanting to return after all this time. How do you feel your previous time as a staff member went? (3 sentence minimum): I would say it went well? I started as a New Admin on Clone Wars, and worked my way up to Veteran Admin rather quickly. Then, I was a Game Master Manager for a while, and assisted with the revamp of that program. I was a Head Admin on Clone Wars for a while, and then left the CWRP server to assist in setting up the MRP server as a Head Admin, eventually being promoted to the Director. Throughout all my time as staff, I don't believe I had many issues, either that or I just don't remember them. Do you understand by re-applying to get your previous rank back that you will be tested on your knowledge of the server rules and practices?: Yes
  6. I'd give it an 8. Abeloth getting one shot was hilarious but good idea and it was fun
  7. i may not be around now, but back in the beginning You were always super dedicated, even as a hopeful. This guy wanted to RP as sith so much when it first started that he’d run up to me, joah, jackson, and gale asking for assignments to go undercover and steal shit from the jedi temple as a hopeful. He would RP so much that we would kill him so he would go away, then he would come back anyways. You’ve embodied what the sith should be doing on the server since the day you got the whitelist. I’ll tell you what I told fours: Don’t fuck up and get Sith removed before I come back. +1, get it done. (and yes I might not play the server right now but I still lurk you’ll never be truly rid of me)
  8. I loved rhino. As joah said in a reply, the jedi order was huge and thriving during rhino, more than I saw it with the animations. But im not gonna vote since i’m not around anymore.
  9. I've been gone for a while, I know. But, as MRP is shutdown, I am fully fading to the shadows for sometime. Life has gotten crazy, working 40 hours a week plus being a fulltime student, so I don't have much time or energy to get on anymore. I always come back after some time, just never know when. Last time I left I was gone for about 6 months, so I guess we'll see how long this time takes. Honorable Mentions: @Joah I started using the " :^) " before you. @Zim Your discord is one of the few I'll be staying in. 😘 @Square Didn't know you until I became a CWRP Head Admin, but you turned out to be a great friend. Thanks for all the help. @Jackson First time I met you, you were on the asajj ventress job spamming music and kitty was dancing on the jawa job. I think that describes everything about you pretty well. @Dragon Santa Bantha must live on. @Forseen Thanks for the assist when I returned @Carter Taught me a lot about being high staff, and how to deal with things. @Tyzen - Big Nerd Kitty - Bigger Nerd Farewell for now.
  10. I’m level 46 with like 350 kills on bangalore & 220 on mirage
  11. boi how you gonna flex level 24 and 89 kills. Weak
  12. I’m not sure this is even possible tbh. But would be cool if so.
  13. I’ve personally never been contacted about any sith minging. (I’m an Assassin Lord and the current Head Officer)
  14. Doing the “-1 jk +1” meme is so old. Only Joah’s is funny, because it’s partly true. +1.
  15. I play on xbox but it’s a ton of fun.
  16. I'll just address some things that you guys have brought up so far. Lack of TR's: I can't really force people to become TR's. I've been working on the TR program by promoting Technodad to the Trainer Director position, and talking with him and Bruno about incentivizing training like it is on Clone Wars to have more appeal in the program, as well as the TR of the week program that's already been started. There isn't much beyond that to be done, besides just hosting TR tryouts, which is the shortcoming of the TRO's, not me. Lack of Staff: Again, how am I supposed to get people to apply? We already incentivize staff with staff of the week. People that want to help the server will apply. Those that don't, won't. Activity on MRP vs CWRP: There's only been one day this week where I have spent more than an hour on the CWRP server. Today. I got two hours of sleep, and wanted to relax. I've logged just as many, if not more, hours than most staff and Commander+ on the server, and I never AFK for more than 15-30 minutes. I don't spend as much time on trump as I'd like to, I'll agree with that. Reasoning behind that is that the Russian side has been lacking a lot more than the United States, and I swap to Russian jobs to give the US something to do, and boost Russian numbers. "On Everyday": So going a day or two a week without loading up the server makes me a bad Director? I'm on discord 24/7 unless I'm sleeping, and am often on teamspeak for 6+ hours a day, spending a lot of time talking to Square about the server. Pythin does more work: Pythin is doing a great job as a staff member. He's doing what he's supposed to. But hosting events isn't the same as running the server. Few other things: -I had nothing to do with the release date of the server. -I've spent almost the past two months working on this server and the development, I want to see it succeed more than anyone because if it doesn't, I just wasted two months. -There are a ton of issues on the server. I will agree to that. The inactivty of Commanders & Higher ranks, lack of TR's, lack of staff, lack of population, the list goes on. I can only do so much as one person to combat it. -If there was someone that could do a better job, or even help me work on things, don't you think they would be Director or Head Admin? We have multiple Head Admin positions open, and one director position. -Very few people come to me and ask if they can help, look for responsibilities, or try to solve problems. Everyone loves to point out issues, but very few people want to put in the effort to solve them. Those of you that are putting in the work will be promoted to the ranks that you deserve, such as Buzz getting Head Admin recently, and Technodad getting TRD. It's a process. -I could list off all the people that are actually doing absolutely nothing that will be removed or demoted soon, but I won't publicly list that information. There are people doing what they can to help the server. There are people doing nothing, hurting the server. You all can decide which type of person I am. I see this more of me being held as the scapegoat for the issues going on. But that's my opinion, and we're all entitled to our own. But, ask and you shall receive. If this "report" gets enough support, I'll back out of the role and leave High Staff empty.
  17. RIP my beautiful assassin lord model
  18. All my stuff is from Nike since I work there. I get 40% off the site, and 30% off in store plus sales so it’s nice. Though I end up spending way too much money anyways, I bought like six pairs of shoes in the past month.
  19. Didn’t know you came from Tango. Small world.
  20. Some people just don't understand or don't care that this is a roleplay server. There are people that play the CWRP game mode and treat it as a game like Battlefront 2 where you're using a Clone skin, but you're basically playing Call of Duty. I'll just list some things that have helped me continue to enjoy rp-ing in various roles, and avoid the groove of playing CWRP like Call of Duty. Try something new. Try maining a character other than the one you currently do. It'll take purchasing VIP, which if you don't have the funds IRL, save up them credits. Even myself, as an HA and a Regimental Commander, a month-ish ago got extremely bored on CWRP which caused my transfer to MRP. When Sith were released, I found a new interest in the server by joining and getting involved, and I now have a ton of fun on CWRP. Build a story for you character as time passes, and stick to it. Examples: On my Sith, I accept any challenge sent my way, unless I am currently on assignment. If a clone has a meaningful conversation with me instead of just firing because I'm a sith, I respect their entire battalion and try to RP with them more. If they act condescending or aggresive during conversation, I'll likely refuse to speak to them or I will attack them with less provocation. It makes the RP everchanging and doesn't get dull. I spent some time respecting SO and refusing to kill them because of a long conversation I had in RP with one of their sergeants, but then I was tracked by a group of SO during an encounter, so now that mutual respect between myself and them came to an end. The drive of advancement in your battalion/jedi/sith. If you've reached "the top of the food chain", try going back down to the bottom. Working your way through the ranks is always enjoyable, at least to me. If you don't have some sort of goal you're attempting to accomplish on the server, you will get burnt out and end up leaving. I speak from experience from myself, and watching others. If you don't want to start back down at Private, try joining your battalion's subunit, branch out and work with other battalions, join a new specialization (MED/ENG/etc). For Jedi, try involving yourself in one of the branches more heavily. Google the lore of your branch, and try to act as an actual guardian/sentinel/etc would. For sith, well just about everyone is low in rank. But again, search for lore about the branch you joined/plan to join at the rank of apprentice, and roleplay as they would act. Complete daily tasks to make yourself more known in the order, roleplay with the higher ranks asking for assignments/missions. As an overall suggestion for all branches, just attempt to immerse yourself in what the Clone Wars was all about. The timeline/lore for the server isn't exact to what the Clone Wars really was, but it's close. It's things like I mentioned above that keep roleplay on the server interesting and fresh for me. The server and the roleplay is only as fun/interesting as you make it. It goes back to the old saying of "You'll only get out what you put in". Just some advice that's helped me.
