Experience:
212th
The 212th Battalion was the first battalion I signed up in. I started out with the mindset of being an Engineer. Seeing as an engineer on my previous server meant creating FOBs and Fortifications I thought I would continue on this server. At first discouraged at the lack of a physgun and tool gun, This did not stop me. I signed up for ENG as soon as I could, Met with the friendly legend in the form of ENGM Bro, Taught me the basics of Engineering. With this training I eagerly slipped into my lucky snowsuit and worked on the engines as much as I could. I enjoyed the RP of engineering and decided to pursue my work. I applied for the position of ENGO in 212th and filled out my first google form, Which little did I know would not be my last. I was in the 212th and made a few long lasting friend, some who I still play other games with, And some with the gmod curse that causes them to go offline and never come back. After my experience with the 212th I decided to move on as I did not want to limit myself to one battalion.
Coruscant Guard
I signed up for the Coruscant guard after 212th and this also happens to be the first time I tried out for Base Ops and most certainly not the last. While I was in CG I had progressed to the rank of CSM. I believe this is the furthest I had worked in a clone battalion to this day. While in the battalion I did my work no questions asked. Filled out my Arrests and carried on. Not much to brag about.
During my time in the Coruscant guard I met a man called Ike, I remembered who he was because he was the one that hosted Debriefs in the smart naval uniform. As soon as Naval tryouts were called I used my CG speed boost to great effect to reach the 3rd floor bridge in hopes to impress the officials. Alas there was a large queue of other people before me, Seems like I was not as quick as I thought. I waited the 5 minutes before tryouts began and they lazily asked to type in chat. Eager to please I did as they said. To my dismay to become a Naval officer you required something called VIP. Realizing this would probably take a while I turned away. But then IKE kindly said “Take this 2 million and get someone to buy VIP for you” Overjoyed I got someone to buy me VIP as soon as possible which happened in one day.
After that I tried out for Naval only to fail every single time, To what seemed like underhand tricks and unnecessary gimmicks, It took me more than 10 times to become the as advertised: Leader of the ship” And boy was I excited.
Base Ops (Navy)
My career in base ops started more than a month ago and it has been the greatest time I have had on the server. Signing up for the ENG branch I did weekly ATC and ENG trainings. Quickly progressing through the ranks with notable members such as Naffen, Scouty, Vango, Lucifer and IKE. Due to my time zone difference these were the people I had worked with compared to the American side. When alfa was still around the QM branch was slowly dying, And the sad circumstance left QM with +- 3 active members. This lead to its removal. As time progressed the new Admiral had applied who planned on bringing back the QM branch. I decided this was my time to revive my branch and get my name out there. I applied for the position of Chief Quartermaster and passed the interview, It was on. The amount of Doc work me and my friend Vango put out was incredible. We had revived the branch to make it one of the most active branches in Base ops close to surpassing main branches. In my time as CQM the branch thrived and was totally restructured with various RP aspects being implemented. I soon made my way up to Captain which was a enormous position for me. I put my work in everyday to make sure base ops and my branch kept afloat in the form of tryouts and training's. I even created the Recruit training manual for everyday life which had not been updated since extensive.
Sadly I was removed from my position as Captain due to my actions against the Admiral. I then proceeded to resign from branch lead with my work done and dignity intact.
Despite the set back I did not let this stop me. After some time had passed the base ops branch created by Boutineer “RAF” had seen better days. I mustered a team of active base ops, Created the documents and gave the branch a true restructure which will change piloting for the rest of the server in a positive way. I of course gave the branch a vision which I hope will be seen through under the leadership of Papa.
Why should you become Admiral?:
I am a dedicated member of the Base Ops community and a pillar to those around me. I am willing to put my personal thoughts aside to make correct judgments without my emotions getting in the way. I know every single active base ops and have personal experiences with each of them. Many of them being my friends.
I am willing to do the work as Admiral and not let the stress of the position get to me. Base ops will work with each other rather than against with leadership that is wholesome and morally correct. The rules will be followed and slackers dealt with I can promise that.

It is easy to sit here and make promises about the future, But as the saying goes: “Actions speak louder than words”
My actions for the past week is more than just words, In many ways you can say I had started the work on these goals weeks ago when I accepted the position as Captain hosting tryouts as much as my brain could possible manage, Even after my removal from Captain, Begging the one or two active officers to host my own tryouts was extremely difficult considering how they literally had to be begged. This is another change I will address in my time as admiral.
How do you plan to change the Republic Navy under your command?:
I plan to change base ops in the way it handles members in its battalion. There has recently been a streak of inactive base ops which are yet to be dealt with. Including positions of power. I will make sure that positions are correctly handed out and assessments for positions will be applied.
Possible Base Ops restructure which works on sarins idea (With his permission)
Do you understand that if you go inactive that you will be removed from your position?: Yes
Do you understand that your position has a two month term limit and you must reapply after two months to maintain your Admiral rank?: I understand
