    Why should you become a Commander?:
    I should become a Commander because of my Maturity and my Experience with Role play in GarrysMod. I have been role playing on GarrysMod and on other games for around 4 to 5 years now. I have gained a lot of experience in such, and would love to apply it to a Commander Role on this server. I am a mature person. I take matters seriously and tend to not joke around in stuck situations when it comes to staff or rp. I am also a leader when it comes to roleplay, staff and all different kinds of situations. I love to take charge, take up solutions to a problem, teach and devlop mentees, and many more. I want to be a CMDR of DEVGRU on this server for several of reasons. I love this server, this server is very unique and its on its 3rd day. I want to continue to support and help out supporting this server in which can be done if I am CMDR. I want to specifically become a CMDR of DEVGRU because Seal Team Six is awesome. DEVGRU or Seal Team Six, are the ones that killed the Jihad, Osama Bin Laden, in a full out raid of his palace. I want to further the Operations of DEVGRU and bring some great Roleplay and Trained Combat Operations in the group and make DEVGRU really interesting and really fun for all. 
    What experience do you have on the server?:
    I have little Roleplay Experience on the server, as I was focusing on staff duties because of how much staff was needed for the first few days. I will earn a lot of experience if I was in the role however.
    Do you understand the background of your Faction/Branch?:
    DEVGRU, or in other words Seal Team Six, are a small multi squadron Faction within the United States Naval Special Forces. DEVGRU was founded in the late 70's in which one of their reasons in existing was to confuse the Soviets by their name and agenda. They later would be known as a strong Counter Terrorism group in which they participating heavily in the Iraq war, and even killing Osama Bin Laden himself.

    Give a brief overview of your achievements:
    I have owned a MRP server that would have 45 players daily, I was a Perma Admin on superior server for both CWRP and MRP. I was Elite Admin on Icefuse. I was High Naval on CWRP on Superior servers, 2ndLT on Garnet Gaming for the Army. And of course General on my server when I owned it.
    How long have you played on Synergy Roleplay?:
    I have been playing since the launch of MRP, and I dived in CWRP a little bit in July of 2018.
    What is your availability?:
    My availability fluctuates depending on my work seclude. I should be on at least 5 days a week, which at most time it will be 7.

    Yes i do
    Do you understand that if you go inactive that you will be removed from your position?:
    Yes I do.
    Do you understand that your position has a three-month term limit and you must reapply after three months to maintain your commander rank?: 
    Yes I do.

    Extra Comments:
    If I were to be given this position, I would have to give up the XO position from Aerospace. Until then, I am still going to be helping and assisting in running this regiment.

    Changing my stance. Copa has bad past experiences with staff positions from other communities. He is even perma banned on icefuse. We can’t have a representation like this in the community. I at first would give a chance, but after being verbally attacked for no reason in front of Ha’s, I am just going to go with my gut.

    Tell us why you wish to be apart of the staff team(6 sentence minimum): 
    I want to become apart of the Military RP staff team because I love helping people out. I love to answer questions, assist people in time of needs, and overall represent the community in a good and healthy manner. This community is much different than others. The communities  end goals are not just about the people running the server, but for the people them selves. I strive to be someone that is very helpful towards people especially if I am representing a community. I am interested in the staff team. I have only talked to some of the staff team so far before putting in a application, and I am already greeted with kindness. The People here are awesome, and aren't the typical Garry's Mod players as we see from other communities. Some of the traits that I will bring to this communities will be from other past experiences I have had with Community Management, Community Leadership, and Staff work all around. I will strive to be a positive person, and a person that thinks about other before my self.

    Tell us a little about yourself (3 sentence minimum):
    I am a friendly guy that makes friends with people easily. I love to play different games and share experiences with new people in order to have a fun and enjoyable time. I  care about helping communities strive, I tend to stay away from drama and focus on my goals that I set. I am a very fast learner when I comes to things that I am either new to or not used to.

    How long have you been playing on Synergy for?

    I played CWRP on synergy a few months back, but I then took a break from PC in general. I am back now, and willing to put time and dedication in helping out the server.

    No I am not.

    I stated that because that is other experience that I have from all these years. I do have experience in script work and overall help deving for communities and my own. I just put that there to explain that If need be I have the experience of learning “dev work” for gmod communities.

    +1 Awesome idea, I do sometimes feel a bit bored when being a spectator because of how the spectator system works from the base TTT gamemode. As long as this plugin doesn't affect with the core gameplay of TTT, I don't see this being a issue.
