I also would like to help improve the staff and take some Handle off the Gamemasters or Higher staff by MicroManagement. My example of this is the latest event we did where the Gamemasters were trying to Keep the roleplay going but constantly had to stop due to Staff tickets totaling out to 12 while there was other staff on the server. I would also like to help with Sims and help my battalion and others with droids which I would later like to become a Game Master. I Now my events are also difficult as not only have made it with NPCs I also add alterior outliers when it comes to battles whether if be Grenades, Accuracy, weapons, Or health. I do like this server and id also like to try and help deter mingery, however, I will be understanding if it's in the later hours of the night due to not much stuff to do however there will still be consequences. I also try to remain neutral on subjects unless there is a stereotype or something that is a bit offensive to me (not that easily Angered) where I will jump in but be civil I do not believe in Harassment in the slightest and take Derogatory names seriously. Tell us a little about yourself (3 sentence minimum): I am a 14-Year-old Male Freshman in HS and have staffed for multiple other servers. I am Familiar with ULX, Nutscript,& Ticketing Systems. I also love Serious RP and have contributed to it for years On a military RP and on some servers making my way up to a general and with one where my battalion frequently being harassed and banning our top COs off the server I made my way from PVT without knowing anybody to 2nd LT. Do you have any previous staff experience? Yes, I was a Server Manager for a Police rp Server a Head Admin and Gamemaster for a military rp server which has been taken down for Disputes with ownership. How much play time do you have on the synergy server? `Ok this is gonna be my last Response Joshua said: "You can easily take out a Tank with another tank it's not hard." yet again how the hell does that work when a tank one shot the other in a hangar bay and there's a difference between " high casualties" and Slaughter when you pin us all into a pin where there's a wall on one side and a tank on the other and put the droids in a position where they would no way normally get to snipe.

it was a point he mentioned that one tank shot could kill a sniper however how the hell would a tank get out there when CIS tanks one shot

Your +1ing your own event you worked on wow and they had 2000 HP with 1000 armor not to mention scorch died in a tank by a cis tank one-shotting him with the republic tank not even getting Destroyed
