So, Bacta, wee have known each other for fairly a good amount of time. We spoke the other day in TS and I said what I believe you need to do for this 2nd term to be "acceptable" in my eyes. OFC we all have IRL things going on and I do not even wanna imagine the things you do behind the scenes for the community. However, if you do get this position again I am wanting to see more from you. I loved the RP we had that one previous time, we included pretty much everyone on the server and it was great, thats what I wanna see more of this time around. NO more admin mode flashlight no-clipping around. NO NO NO. Interact with the troopers more not just High Command, you do not need to be on Palpy job just to RP you can do it as your marshal, same as BCMDs people like RPing more when a notable member is online and participating, people want to be seen and acknowledged and I think seeing that side of you will benefit many. Just because you can order people around doesn't mean you always have to. There were a few times when you would tell SOBDE to go to Thesh for example and do some kind of Meme (not beneficial to any) just kind of as a Joke and you doing your average bacta ./adverts every 20 min bc you are a Marshal. Think before you say something to a group of people. Make it thought out and make it actually challenging. These are a few things I can just think of. I will be +1ing because I know you take constructive criticism to heart and want to make sure you do the best you can.

+1 I have been with iceman for a while, he has taught me a lot and he has what it takes to be BCMD. He communicates very well and ensures everyone is heard and wants to do what's best for SOBDE. He 100% can do it!

I am going to be +1ing, some people have said valid points and to some degree I agree with them. However, some individuals are -1ing just bc he stated RSB in his application. Many of you guys know who I am, and regarding RSB, I sat down by myself and made several documents and Handbooks on a New Updated RSB guidelines and how the server (from multiple people from all Branches BH JEDI ETC) wish RSB to be ran. I have taken that and put it all into a document which I cannot publicly give out as if it is implemented it will be what RSB runs off of. Warmac and Buzz have both submitted the documents to High Command to look over and review.

3/4/3 IT was not too bad but story was a little strange and multiple Event Jobs were stripped and still some how had weapons, also the Health on the BHs was way too high for event jobs so just keep that in mind.

Bitter, I am going to miss you man. You taught me a lot about being a good leader but most importantly how to be a better person. I looked up to you and you did amazing things your time here at Synergy. I appreciate all that you did for the community and all that you did for me. o7 “Thank you for everything that you’ve accomplished so far, and good luck to everything you will in the future.”
