Okay so I have been reading the back log of messages and this is what I think. Monty you need to chill, if losing forum rep makes you this angry you need to take a step back off the forums and re-evaluate why you put so much worth into it. The suggestion was too far but there are no rules against giving people positive rep. Imma just going to restrict your access from the forums for a day until your calm enough cause Jesus some of the stuff you are writing is pretty yikes.

After Square and I discussing the situation we have reached a verdict. The staff member in question failed in his duties and just left the admin sit instead of hearing the player evidence or doing a thorough investigation. The staff member in question has been demoted to NA and we apologize for his actions as it does not reflect our staff team. We hope you come to join us on the server and become part of the community . //Moved to completed reports//

After taking into account community feedback, the evidence provided, and all the history Square and I have come to the decision that we are going to DENY this ban appeal. You have caused too much harm to the community Gave you your chance just like we did Jouii, but you will not be coming back to Synergy.

Both Square and I have discussed this and come to this conclusion. Staff are human it's not necessary to have them change their name to AFK if you require a staff member and they aren't taking the tickets or responding when pulled check the TS for an active staff member that may just be tabbed out. The map vote that happened after we found thst the ground map we had switched to was crashing was between Kamino Extensive and Venator extensive. This is a founders decision not a Director one btw. @Zim @Jackson

So my shadow play fucked up and I am basically missing the whole conversation but here's what I have to say on this. When Vince was first approached he never once tried to conceal who he was from us, offered information freely and was polite the entire time I spoke with him, I offered him the chance to appeal his ban and convince the community of his regret and his wish to rejoin the server. Synergy is a place for second chances. Good luck Vince it's in the community's hands now.

So after reviewing the feedback and the evidence (or lack of), I have come to a decision. It obvious from the story you spammed on purpose but we do believe in second chances here. Your ban appeal has been Accepted Don't waste your chance
