Well, this is an oof if I ever saw one. 1st. guidelines weren't followed regarding punishments for this sort of thing that's an oof 2nd. We have said time and time again to speak to people before banning and gauge if they are actually trying to be malicious. Richard, as a general rule, is a good idea to not have binds that affect other people unless it's for RP purposes. Okay, so I will explain exactly what happened. I was checking the discords to see if anyone had @ me so I could answer questions. I see a ping from 327th Discord I read the conversation and I reply but then I scroll down and I see this. "Actually I do have something to talk about Tucker made his name Zim in Teamspeak Poked me saying “Bly isn’t doing his job, and I need to talk to both of you” " -Tristan "I didn't agree Cyclops wasn't doing his job, I was actually about go on a roasting session with Zim, but it wasn't him I almost messaged tucker, disguised as Zim. What me and cyclops have been talking about over the past couple days future plans shit like that" - Tristan I saw the video of it and it showed it plain as day what happened This is the perfect example of why exactly you CANNOT IMPERSONATE OTHER PEOPLE doesn't matter it was the owner ANY impersonation is unacceptable. It just made it worse that he did it as Zim. I am well aware of Tristan's relationship with you @RvBTUCKER6669 as you can recall I intervened in a situation between you and Tristan and ruled in your favor on it, and I told you to not speak with him and if you had problems to go talk to BCMD>REG>Marshal. This was obviously a malicious act that was supposed to piss off Tristan and using Zim's name could have resulted in a confrontation between Zim and Tristan where Zim wouldn't have even known what had happened. This concludes what there is actual evidence for. There was a separate situation without proof (Unless Galle wants to come forward)of this message being sent. "Someone impersonated you as well ask Galle He got a message from someone with your exact TS name saying he was gonna get removed " -Tristan to Cyclops Regardless of the fact that some people think it is a meme it was an intentional act to cause issues and Tucker needs to take responsibility and punishment for his actions.

So it seems you have some genuine remorse for your actions, however. You should not have come bothered me about your appeal TWICE asking me about the status of it when it was only up for 2-3 days when others have been waiting far more patiently and longer about their appeals. So we have cut down a lot of the crap in the reports/appeals sections. Please take a look at the new rules. If people leave dumb ass reasons for +1/-1s we just ignore them but they still have the right to express that. We are not making a section for each HA as they can't even do the ban appeals that is the Directors/Founders discretion. Reports with basically zero evidence other than witnesses (that can't keep stories straight) and "anonymous" testimonies are usually just thrown out. Concrete evidence is needed for anything to actually be done. Take a look at the new rules for each section. /Accepted (We changed the rules but most of this we won't be implementing)//

I actually like this idea because there are times where I just want to give someone a little nudge or someone needs to ask me an OOC question without broadcasting it to the whole server.

You didn't talk to any of the SOBDE members when all suggestions for battalions must be approved by a CMD+ (Or XO/Squad Lead for SOBDE) didn't even talk to the Reg. Plus they have brand new custom models and these look like shit compared to them DENIED @Esitt cucked

I think SOBDE as a whole is underpowered considering how tough they were in lore (tv show/games)

Uh, there's literally nothing we can do about this since it's part of the map and not an addition we made, that would be up to the map author (Who made it like this in the first place)

This map crashed anyone that went near the Jedi temple, I didn't experience a crash until an hour into building but eventually the majority of people had crashed once and Jedis consistently. (From what I can tell it started happening at 60+ players) @Tyzen Can tell you more about that end. It's a good map but if it has the risk of crashing people consistently we ain't touching it with a 10 foot pole

The whole HC structure will be shuffling more as we are also removing senior commander and ranks will be changing more. We do not have to have our decisions approved by Jedi council it is a courtesy that we offer when we can This suggestion is DENIED
