I didn't make ARQ, I just came up with the name (by accident) when Dragon and Grum came up with this. making another one literally goes nowhere. none of you have actually attended it, none of you gave it a chance, it's an hour training that actually looks like a lot of the people actually participating are having fun with it. After discussing this with the Founder, reading community feedback, and taking into account the things you have done in the past. We have decided to deny this appeal, this member will stay permanently banned from the community. You can appeal this ban in another 30days

After speaking to Freck and clearing up the situation as well as understanding each other he has been unbanned.

Raven's appeal has been denied, he already stated that he caused all of this and he was the original perpetrator as well.

We are in a call with Freck and we are going to determine the status of his ban after speaking to him.

Comics was actually permabanned once already for drama, we then unbanned him on the condition of he started anything else or violated the rules he would be permabanned again. He already tried to appeal this decision with the Founders and failed This appeal has been denied

Sky was one of the individuals we spoke to before the banning, he actively lied to out multiple times during our conversation to a certain his involvement with this other server, stating he never did anything (which is a lie by his own proof) then telling us he had never joined the server once (He is commander Cody what?) and each time we brought up one of these points he would backtrack on his own lies. If he was actually honest with us in the beginning then he wouldn't have gotten banned most likely but if you lie to us over and over again we ain't likely to keep you around so you can lie to other people. He said he was going to go start shit in synergy and was soliciting others to send the messages to him so he could cause drama. Just cut out the middleman and gave him his wish.

Okay, so I think this has been well established at this point that this should not be a staff report because no staff abuse was involved. Sanchez did nothing wrong with his staff powers as it was merely him doing what he was supposed to as a 41st officer. (Which didn't violate server rules) If 41st chooses to have that harsh of a kicking policy then it is completely within their power to choose to do that. If you felt the kick was unjustified you can then speak to the people over Sanchez which in this case would have been the commanders, battalion commander and Regimental commander. In regards to the feedback given in this report, there was no hostility that was in the input provided by community members up until 7 people had responded (3 from 41st who tried to explain why the action was taken) and this message here from you was placed in the thread. Only 1 person said "Overall -1, just seems like an attempt to get back at him because he removed you cause of your own fuck up. " which was Striker but you instead accused (11 people but only 7 people had posted?) people of being hostile in their replies while the only (Maybe but not really?) hostile response is the one from striker that I quoted. Literally, no one is the responses called you a minge anywhere (At the time you posted this response) where da heck did you even get that from?? You also basically insulted everyone that had left feedback by calling them autistic for leaving their feedback here? If I was them I would probably react negatively to that as well. Then they responded to you insulting them with insults (eye for an eye eh?) Which you then responded by insulting the entire community (Which is hundreds of players) based on the comments of 7 people? and call them all bullies (Which is another thing people would react badly to especially since they just voiced their opinion and there weren't any direct attacks on your character (Except the aforementioned Striker post which I will highlight a keyword from) This then just snowballed into you continually insulting people for their opinion and them responding to it. Everyone has a right to their opinion and everyone is innocent until proven guilty. Please take this as a learning opportunity and go over the rules so you can avoid this outcome next time. I would have just left the area after being told to leave then would have either made a staff ticket or talked to Shock outside the restricted area. I have already stated after we have everything ironed out that we adjust the rank but for right now we need to get the system working with the traffic we have and not add to it. (Pythin came and clarified with me last night) Your assignments are based on SOBDE and the same if you guys decide to do an unscheduled PTL. Should just go ahead and make ya'll a battalion at this rate. Mixing is alright if there's RP behind it (Outreach) (already clarified this with Boutineer and the rule is being adjusted) You guys can already leave with 4 members of SOBDE just like a battalion. Pretty sure this was denied before because of lag that is caused by the VOIP issues.

I have left this open for feedback and after reading both sides of the story this is my determination. People on this goddamn ship/base now have this issue with treating events job not like their job title actually suggests and constantly harass or follow them around trying to catch them doing wrong and basically only allowing them to do actions that could be considered hostile. (makes it impossible to do RP) I'll give you an example; I recently did an event on the event server where I had 2 commando droids inside a base that was being used for the trial, and they were just standing around doing nothing when the battalions entered the base and set up for any trouble. after discovering both disguised commandos people immediately just started harassing them about what they were doing there/trying to take their weapons/trying to interrogate them/trying to make them take off their armor for a medical check-up. one was sitting at the table and one was standing in an empty room (Literally doing nothing at all). having senate commandos come on-board the ship escorting a senator (Which is their job in RP, not CGs) and then being treated like the scum of the earth for no apparent reason would frustrate the hell out me as well. Seeing as there is literally 0 evidence to support your claims that he "mocked" you there will be no action taken against Orlando. Innocent until proven guilty. So the founders have allowed me to handle this appeal and this is the decision I have reached. When it comes to Perma bans we have decided on the standard of; if they get banned one 1 platform they can maintain their access to the others but if they get banned from 2 of them they automatically get banned from the third. In this case, you were banned from CWRP and the Forums. What I am going to do is allow you to post on your own account an appeal from your bans on the forums and on the CWRP server and if those appeals pass then you will be unbanned from the Teamspeak as well.
