  8. SOBDE Hidden Quest

    Name of Quest: New Member (I forgot the name but its the one where you get dressed as a SOBDE member)

    Evidence (if you can): None for 12 hours (im on cooldown)

    Description of the bug: During the SOBDE quest, if you are to fail the quest you get to keep the health and armor that comes along with it and keep the model and walk around base. If you were to succeed in the quest, you keep the health and armor but get switched to the CT model.

    How can we recreate it: You can start the hidden quest and either succeed the quest or fail it. You'll be able to do both bugs.

    Description of the bug: If you sit on the corner of the jail cell you can teleport yourself out. This will be extremely annoying with people arrested, I rather have it fixed then start banning people for map glitching.

    How can we recreate it: Sit on the top stairs, as far out as you can and then jump. Youll teleport out.

    Description of the bug:  On any job if you hold out the deployable shield, you can still be shot as the player hitbox pokes out of the shield. I was told to just toss up a bug report asking for the hitbox to be fixed so that it becomes bulletproof when you hold it out.

    How can we recreate it: Spawn in the deployable shield and walk,run,crouch into combat. No matter what you will still be shot.

    Description of the bug: Quick little typos made on the arrest forms, on the manual arrest form affiliation is spelt "aiffiliation." On the dashboard of the arrest form it asks for an arrest reason twice even when the box says "AOS By" above it, if it can be changed to "AOS By" instead of "AOS Reason."

    How can we recreate it: Just open /af

    This might sound based but after reading everything and going from experience, I will have to -1.  


    Over the past few weeks, I have been observing my battalions ability to roleplay with others. During my investigation, I have noticed it involved a lot of bounty hunters roleplay. In my opinion, the roleplay that bounty hunters do has not changed, every day I see bounty hunters going to turn of the engine room, shooting up BCC, taking people hostage just for the fun of it. Not to be rude but I also see you on the guild lead but I do not see roleplay from you unless you are going to do a base raid, which now has become a common thing as you active base raids about every 1-3 days (which people are assuming now its done just for the fun and not the rp). The base raids are fun; however, time to time my battalion will try to do some roleplay or tryouts and we get killed when we try to not participate. Regarding the MRDM bounties, you have complete control over the bounties, I have been saying it for the longest now but bounty hunters are just terrorist rp. The other day I had a bounty hunter take someone hostage and demanded a pint of ice cream in order to release a hostage. If you were to become Governor, the first thing that must be done is a rework on the attitude of BH and I would also like to see more roleplay from the guild lead instead of just running around base. I would also like to point out how today a in game bounty was ordered on a senator to kill him but it is against your own rules, but you allowed it just because it was fun. Yet you did not let other people order hits on other members because of who they were, it seems hypocritical. Its issues that need to be fixed, even if you don't become Governor.

    What was your previous staff rank: Resigned as a Senior Admin
    Are you currently staff on a different server?: No
    Why did you leave the staff team: I had previously left the staff team because I had taken a year break from synergy. After being demoted from VA, that was my reality check that my activity and work ethic was severely declining. I took the break and got my life back together where I now have time to myself and time for work. 
    Why do you want to rejoin the staff team?: After being back from the server for a bit,  its time to test my work ethic as a staff member. Instead of complaining about what staff are not doing, I would like to join the staff team and help the community and my battalion with what they need. I have a pretty good understanding of the rules and practice it daily as I am a CMD in CG. Even though sometimes people don't like the decisions made by me, I do not do it with bad intent. I wish for everyone to have a good time within rules. There is a time and place for things to happen, for the minor things there is no point of arguing people with.
    How do you feel your previous time as a staff member went? My previous term as a staff member had its ups and downs. I was fairly promoted quickly due to the amount of tickets I claimed and activity; however, the bad side was my mostly negative feedback I had as a game master. I was young back then and could not fairly run an event well enough or had the correct attitude to do so. I do have the experience to run events if needed and entertain people with simulations or other fun ideas. I did manage to reach the rank of VA, so I also have experience in helping new staff members and experience in handling situations.
