  1. Name: Dooms Unit SGT Deadly Suggestion: Allow the skillpoints (from the f2 menu) to be given away from one player to another. Implementation: People could give their skillpoints away to other players if they want to help them farm up the money for them, or if they have extra bought, they could give thsoe to their friend so they have to afk farm them less. Lore: None Workshop content if applicable: I would assume that it is an option with the current system that is just disabled? If it would require a lot of coding it isn't a big deal so don't worry about it, but if it's just a simple toggle, why not?
  2. -1 These changes were implemented already, mainly due to server lag, caused by the defib.
  3. +1 It was clearly a mistake.
  4. So you "seemed to not realize" that your bind was erp? Yes, yes and uh what planet are you from? The bind is just a more detailed /me rapes you. That being said, you were warned multiple times by Keller and you should wait out your ban. -1

    Remove Senators

-1 as of late the senator inactivity issue has been better and with new senator applicants it will likely continue to be better. They do promote some great rp and are a big help during events.
  6. Yes I see...mhm... +1

    Battalion TV's

-1 to TV's in every battalion's bunks. I would support it for an ooc lounge though.

    Staff Announcement

It's used for announcements as well, which is why game masters ask for event jobs in there, TROs call TRs to train in advert, etc. It's only in character if you are using it for officer comms/event jobs.

    Staff Jail

If I'm not mistake, this command is usable for the server. It's for Admin+ and is meant to be used when CG/TG/SC is not online(usually late night hours or early morning). The command is !jail [name] [how many minutes] [reason]. So you could do: !jail deadly 15 FailRP. And to unjail if they need to be unjailed early, just do !unjail [name]

    Staff Announcement

-1 Not really needed. Just advert it as staff.
  11. Is this not just Core's decision? You should talk about this with him. Either way I think it's a good idea. +1
  12. -1 Barely any lore. Not that interesting. We also don't really need another battalion at this time.
  13. The TR Program is great for what it is worth, but it misses many things new players need that would take up a lot of time, such as what to actually do to pass time on the server. It doesn't teach the layout of the ship, or what each battalion actually does/specializes in, how to rp well, when to shoot and when to rp, information about trainings (eng, medic, pilot, etc.), Practice (training and Sims), Punishment training (PT). The people who would be running this, are literally decidating their time on the server to helping new players, which of course would include trying to convert Minges into synergy community members, which the TR Program is awful at. I don't know anyone who is like, "I came to synergy to minge, but after being cc trained, I was convinced that I wanted to join the community". We all know cc training is trash, and that the CC's usually don't care about it at all because it takes so long as it is and Minges don't want to have to wait to minge, but the cc training has to be done and unfortunately usually doesn't convince a minge to stop minging.
  14. TR teaches them what star wars rp on synergy is, including basic binds and formations. This would allow the Cts to be more organized and to be trained further in things the TR program doesn't mention. That would include doing simulations, helping to guide them on what they should and should not do they they either didn't learn or forgot from cc training. Including things like, when to salute, who to salute, what can and cannot be said in voice chat, where things on the ship are, what they can do when events aren't happening, etc. The ~5 CT leaders would host simulations, lead them during events, and give them a taste of the server, all while encouraging them to leave. Their max rank they could be promoted to would have to be about CPL, which would encourage people to join other battalions to go further, or they will see they don't like the server and leave at that point. Think back to when all of us were CTs, I know at least for myself I came here to minge and mass rdm for fun, but I changed my mind, obviously, and it was because a friendly CG member helped me and gave a tour of the ship and showed me what to do, then I joined in a simulation, an event happened, and then I realized I wanted to join and battalion. I want to see all the Cts get a friendly invite to the server, and make sure they have at least 1 friendly person who tries to help them as they start off, particularly if they've never played starwars rp.
  15. After reading the comments to this post, just wow. Wow. Never have I ever wanted to put a toothpick under every toenail I have and kick a wall more than I do now at this very moment. WE ARE A COMMUNITY GUYS. Try to chill please. Neutral. If I go anything else someone will probably hunt and kill my first born because I disagreed with their opinion on the admiral's rank in a star wars rp server. No, but serious guys chill out please. Try to be less hostile and more friendly. If you want something to attack, focus on their actual argument and points, not ad hominem. Actual opinion is I'm neutral because either way doesn't really affect me.
  16. I'm not buying the 'it was a bind' story tbh. -1 come back in 7 days.
  17. A BIG -1. First of all, you aren't in CG nor did you ask the BCMD, or anyone that I know of in CG how we felt about these models. In my opinion, these are all absolute garbage compared to what we currently have. I'd rather use this model instead: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1284008864&searchtext=playermodel But seriously though, the only model that is good at all is the CG ARC Trooper model, but we don't even have ARC, so there's no point. If we were gonna add ARC, I'd support that model, but all the rest are either trash, or just simply worse than our current ones.
  18. +1 I'd like to see this happen. I've spoken with Sock about this and I agree with him. Before any of you argue against it, please do read his ENTIRE post. He answers a lot of questions, and with the correct leadership and structure, I think this could work out very nicely and, overall, benefit the server greatly.
  19. Neutral. SC isn't the problem in my opinion, senators are RARELY on for them to actually be doing anything. But I'm neutral because I do see that they don't have much to do, I just don't feel it's the fault of the SC, but unfortunately they will probably get removed for it anyways. Fix the Senators' activity instead in my opinion.

    Staff Chat Ranks

    +1 Seems helpful
  21. I read your whole thing and I'm still a -1. I'd don't particularly like our current map, but it is better to keep it than go backwards and use the old map, in my opinion.
  22. +1
  23. -1 Go backwards? No thanks. I remember the old venator, and I'm sure we all have lots of great memories from it. But Pls no.
  24. While this is true and I agree with you, most people with VIP rarely are an event job, because they get nothing out of it. As a gamemaker, I've had multiple times where all/almost all my event jobs are staff and I have to cut the event down to meet the amount of event jobs I can get. Many people will not be event jobs unless it has some sort of reward/payment. This would motivate more people to want to be an event job, as most jobs already earn 300+ anyways, at least now they aren't losing much money, if any. It's not a reward to get paid 300C either. The only jobs that currently make less than this if I'm not mistaken is CC at 50C, Youngling at 100C, CT at 250C, and R2D2/C3PO at 250C. 300C would actually still mean losing money for being an event job, rather than being on your main job for almost everyone. The bottom line is, I'm a huge +1 ,and as a gamemaker especially. I feel like this would get us more event jobs, which I've noticed have become increasingly scarce. A 300C pay for event jobs is hardly anything anyways, when you compare it to what their normal job likely makes. NOTE: I'm not saying we need to reward event jobs by giving them a pay increase, but they shouldn't lose their pay entirely, especially when some events takes 2-4 hours. I know most of us have seen event jobs leave in the middle of an event, probably some of which left for this reason.
