I am currently the Major of CG and act as the Medical Lead. On servers Owned by Zim before Synergy existed I served as the 187th Commander for a year. Besides that I really don't have anything else but I am sure if you talked to Zim or Shakes about it they could give a better opinion myself that is obvious not bias. Why should you become a Regimental Commander?: I should become the Spec Reg. Commander because for one i am currently the only one running for it, but that is not really a good reason. I am going to try to get the Specialized Battalions to do some more cross trainings, which is already happening to my knowledge, and for them to be transparent between each other. DU, CG, and 104th are very different in a sense that they are unique in their own right. I am going to try to get them to training together not specifically to get them to cross training but to try to get them to act professional on the battlefield or try to get them to coordinate better.I also want to help them voice concerns or help them anyway I can. Discord and makes sure they are doing trainings within there battalions. I also want them to start doing joint trainings if possible so they look professional during Events and during trainings. Besides that I am going to do my best to make sure they get what they need when they need it. Also bring back Weekend Passes. I have had 5+ years of experience of being staff and have worked with Zim and Xaze on many servers. I have had many times where staff was slow and I want to help fill the gaps and be reliable and help Synergy grow with a warm and welcoming staff team. I also have had a long time in CG and can be both kind and enforcing and not bias. No one shall be spared if they break the rules. I am also a quick typer and can learn quickly if needed. I more or less I have a lot of experience and can be a great help. Tell us a little about yourself (3 sentence minimum): I am a young adult and is filled with depression. Overall a Gmod player and I have a long time of being in a enforcement position especially staff for servers or IRL positions. I am reliable, chill and overall a social person. Not much else to be said other that I can provide what you need. Do you have any previous staff experience? I have overall 5+ years of Staff work. Talk to Zim or Xaze about it. Servers were Undermine, Unknown, Undermine Reborn, Refugee, and Normandy. All are dead but whatever. All either Senior Admin+ and for Unknown and Undermine Reborn as the Staff Overseer/Director.

-1 The Event jobs did pretty bad. Rp was low. YOU CANT SLAM A SHIP IN TO A SHIELDED FRIGATE AND DESTROY IT. Also the suicide bombers need to stop. Spawning was bad. Lack of cordination. Sorry bud

To be fair, even though he is not in recon, it doesn't take long to learn to lore and if he is dedicated to the position I'm sure he asked the COs if he could and do fine in the position. And for not knowing anything about them, you clearly did not read the post.
