I'd like to say I handled the situation quite well actually, I mean hey I could have placed them on a "perm ban no appeal", but we wanted them to appeal so the community would then get the vote. Not many people understand the toll it takes on those who are "the higher ups" or what you refer to as "piss babies" when dealing with these issues.

Like many of your other posts, this one also makes you sound dumb.. This was the last message I received from ninjaman, and to put it simply I do still have respect for him. However, he and I both know that what he did was wrong. I won't make a judgement yet, but I did know this guy from before the permanent ban, we spoke a lot and I did consider him a friend. Ninjaman, should you return I hope you realise that sticking to yourself and not getting involved with drama shows a lot more about your maturity than getting involved and trying to fix it.

CONTEXT Hellfire was banned alongside Rohan and the others because he blatantly lied to myself and Anderson, claiming he had nothing to do with them or their discord and that he was kicked from the discord.. Little did Hellfire know, we had inside source and screenshots of Hellfire still being in the discord when he told us that he wasn't. Hellfire then proceeded to leave the discord to save his own back. After we figured out Hellfire had lied, we questioned him and he did admit to his faults. This isn't me shitting on the ban appeal, but context is always very useful. Hellfire, should you come back please remember that honesty is the best policy.

Following a lot of discussion, this suggestion is being DENIED. This is because we feel that this is going to cause a lot more issues than it will entertainment & will make the job of CG extremely difficult, as they will have to be guessing whether or not it's an RDM or not as per the "both parties must agree". Players that join CG should not be required to hinder their own entertainment on the server by dealing with "deaths that aren't deaths". Main lore enemies cannot be killed for obvious reasons, players however should not be killed by another unless it is in a simulation as it will be deemed as RDM. Reminder! If it's event jobs you want to fist fight, clear it with the Game Master first as it is their event. If you wish to fist fight, claim a simulation area and fist fight there.

If a server suggestion hasn't been put up already then I recommend you put one up. If a suggestion has been placed and is in pending, I'd contact an intel member to find out whether it's happening or not.
