That’s fine duck, and more and less he did, I just wanted to state my view. I don’t exactly think you should be demoted, because we all have real life issues we all have to deal with.

I’m neutral on this case, as I have seen him on, including when I was supposed to talk to duck and Jax. However, when I came on to talk about my issues of my activity where I was supposed to talk to Jax and you duck, I don’t know if you were completely afk or what have you. I just talked to jax about the issue. The start of the talk with him, you were muted with pm you if someone needed you, in which I did so I could have sat down with you both. Then after finishing talking to Jax, you weren’t muted. But during this time, you did not shoot me a message or made any process of contacting me. I know that that since I stepped down from FOX, I really don’t have much stake in this anymore, but I just wanted to state my views on this with the little time I had both you and Jax as my reg and SO. I also personally believe that the real life situations has to and will always come first. And that is something I want to stress to everyone. At the end of the day, we are all playing a video game that has no monitory value behind it. This is something we enjoy to do and all share some sort of passion of enjoyment for Star Wars given why we play it. So take this how you may, I just wanted to voice this. -PUCK

My question as I have others that applied, what experience do you have with leadership and how to deal with internal strife. Because being a BCMD comes with a lot of stress and problems that arise in a new battalion, let alone problems that arise as your time as BCMD goes on. If you can answer that, I’ll make my decision.

As Washington stated, I think your the best for the job. You know what it takes to be a BCMD and all the headaches that comes with it. Also being null helps your leadership skills in game. So +1

-1. Buddy having someone saying “you are easily the best medic in the server” is more or less weak reasoning why you should be a BCMD for a battalion, no matter what battalion you are going for. There is a hell of a lot of work you need to do, then just be a good RPer. Especially when it’s a battalion that you need to basically build from the ground up, just like DU. All your app shows is, that you put no time into writing your app and expect everyone to say, yeah give this man a position that can make or break a battalion that is new, and important now that almost every battalion has no medic class. This application is more of a slap in the face to others that put an application in and put time behind it.

My question is, have you dealt with handling issues with people under you and the pressure of running a battalion. As being a BCMD, you will have a lot being focused on you, both inside the battalion and outside the battalion and the stress that comes from it. It’s a big balancing act, be too lenient, you could be runner over, be too strict, then face a possibility of losing troops and/or a commander report depending on the issue. If you can answer this, it would help ya, in my eyes.

Neutral, at this moment. While I’m glad you have the desire to do medical RP and want to take up the torch with it. I feel that you need that and a sense of control and calm under pressure when running a battalion. Your application you don’t discuss this and would like to see what plans and what experience you have with having members have done under you and if you faced adversity. Something not very many people discuss is, how they took the reins under pressure. When you give this information out. I’ll make my Decision

Wow alright that’s your progative, I’ve tried to curb the “bullying”which wasn’t the case, but everyone has their views. I’ve tried to work with magnet, who had no care to work with CG and mood turned on a dime and was very mingie. I find it funny that you say I was power hungry, even thou I put CG in front of my own actions, even if it was costing other things. Maybe you were blinded by that and haven’t seen what was occurring by you not being around very often. But all in all thank you for your service in CG, thank you for your work that you put in for CG.
