  1. I've heard multiple times that they don't like to touch the roster cause they dont want to break it and the bot is being buggy. I believe the discord bot adds an unnecessary step that is easy to update on the roster anyways. Right now, whenever you want to update someone's rank, you have to go on to the discord and type in a command that often doesn't fully work. If we adjust it to the no bot version, they will instead click a drop down box next to the person's name, click the rank, then update the promotion date. All you have to do for new recruits if we switch to this version is add their Name, SteamID, and Recruitment date to the roster. There is already code on the current roster that auto sorts the roster based on rank so you don’t have to move them on the roster or anything crazy. Letting people just not do work will result in no one actually doing intel work and nothing gets done. Allowing NCOs to join the intel team will help display their drive to help the battalion alongside trainings and recruitments. Their activity in the intel branch can help decide out of the SNCOs who displays good qualities of an officer in the battalion. With the roster type I have in mind, it would be super hard to break, and if anything is broken the intel training given will teach them how to fix anything including the formulas. We originally talked to Clorox, yes, but after we showed and talked to him about it he asked us to get a meeting with you. Unfortunately due to conflicting schedules we were never able to get one set up, and Clorox offered to get a meeting with you alone and pitch it for us. The entire roster change was removing some automation, and bringing up the idea of a merit system for promotions. The total changes were: Removing the need for the bot by adding drop down boxes to update ranks, fixing and adding Battalion Activity and Monthly training count pivot tables to the hub tab, adjusting regiment tab formulas to separate how the cells look for squad members and their actual regiment (having the squad member look at the “Lore Character” column in the roster and their Regiment actually being on the “Regiment Column”, adjusting the formulas on the regiments tab that look for squad lead/xo and regiment lead to allow members that fill both roles actually show in both positions, reworking the checkbox that was utilized for “WP” to now show if a trooper is able to be promoted or not on one tab. My Wolfpack idea was pretty recent to be honest and Mystic I 100% agree with you. I could do this now. I just wasn't fully sure how to go about it just yet. I want to shift the entire idea of Wolfpack. This includes what the tryouts and docs would look like to more focus on the idea of being an insertion team, being able to make HALO drops with the fuel in your jetpack, or know what to do when dropped in a hot zone, things along those lines. Even if I don't get Wolffe I will still work with Badger and whoever gets Wolffe to give Wolfpack some identity. My idea for Dire Squad was just that, an idea. I talked with Debitor telling him what I think could be cool for the squad. Even if I got Wolffe it wasn't going to be a “okay you are this now”, I would have worked with the Dire Squad to build something for their squad that would solidify their spot in the server. MED: Right now we are currently about to fill the entire medical leadership team. I personally would like to encourage medics to set aside time for med rp after patrols or events and encourage others to participate in the rp like getting a checkup. I also would like for the med leadership to host med specific sims. ARF: They recently have made a bit of a comeback when it comes to numbers. I think they have a strong leadership team even while missing a ARFO. I think if we begin to work more closely with the 41st we can really begin to work on getting ARF troopers out to scout before any patrols or events. SUP: They have decent numbers but we do need to find a two SUPOs to help out with the branch. I think if we push to make more sims that involve the aspect of flying could be cool, however, I think we should start to lean into the engineering aspect of SUP by doing routine maintenance rp on tanks after having it out for events or sims. I think for both HVY and ARC. They have strong leadership with great numbers. I would love to get them more sims made for these branches and continue to watch them grow. Obviously I would work closely with the leads and officers of these branches along with the REGL to get what they need and get them to grow and keep growing. I have already been trying to lead by example by hosting sims and trainings but also hosting fun stuff like poorly made game shows or a game of hide and go seek. So with being Wolffe I would encourage the NCO core to follow suit by hosting their own sims and trainings, along with having the officers encourage things to be done during down time or lead by example and just host something. I think there is no clear quota, obviously there are the four large trainings per month on the roster but as Clorox has stated this can be waived by other work within the battalion. To lower ranks this could be confusing and subjective when it should be more objective and clear cut, I think it is important to display what the options are as quotas (example: instead of 1 large training, they do 2 patrols). Yes, personally from my standpoint, Wolfpack is just guys with jetpacks! They have no clear mission set other than go shoot the enemies from high up places. This is my fault as WPXO I should have approached Badger sooner to get something going. As for Dire Squad they are just a named squad for now. They have their jobs on the server and thats really it after the change from being the negotiations team, I personally don't know how long ago that was but the idea has been changed so I want to bring them into the light. Clorox has given the next BCMD an opportunity to bring this battalion to the top of the server. However, I feel there are some parts of the battalion that need work/revamps. In my personal opinion I feel as I would be the perfect choice to continue what Clorox has started. I went through hell and back as a Doom’s Unit commander. I was part of the group that pushed for Havoc Squad to get their own jobs and later their very own models. Watching the battalion die in numbers and almost get removed was rough but we kept kicking and made a killer comeback. As ARCL I was able to get an active squad of ARCs after revamping the ARC tryouts and ARC handbook. As ARCO I had similar success helping my ARCL where it was needed and keeping the boys active. I was just joining back in DU and asked what needed help, and the HVY branch had no leadership so I took it head on bringing in new members making HVY something once again in DU. With all of these ups and downs in my career I will be able to push past any hurdles or obstacles that arise during my time as BCMD as I have before. I have been reaching out to other BCMDs building relations with other battalions in the server to help prevent any hurdles. I feel like the 104th is super solid just some of the pieces need work and can be fixed with the right leadership and I believe all current candidates can make 104th better than before. I'm super sorry I took so long had a busy day hope this helps. Please ask me any more questions you may have!

  2. I had some things come up IRL so Apologies. That said even though you have cast your decision I will still gladly answer your questions. ARC only has one thing that might need improvement and that is its secrecy. But that is not something I have control over that is a Rancor prerogative. Therefor I will continue to up-hold their beliefs as BCMD and continue to show that my ARC troopers though few in numbers are some of the best leaders on the server. That said I will say we do like to time ourselves on how fast we can clear a training therefore my ideas run along the lines of rescuing civvies from timed bombs or clearing a structure within 10 minutes. Another good ARC style event would be giving them their own squad of 104th members and seeing how well they can organize a search and rescue. As for looking for what makes them a good candidate for ARC they pick themselves. There is a special fire that burns in the heart of 104th Troopers a fire of individuality and I like to nurture that. We are all united by that fire and when we step onto the battlefield we combine that fire and set the droids ablaze. When looking at the roster our officers equal less then a 3rd of our total NCO's and even in game our Officer to NCO ratio is 1:3. As I mentioned before Activity is only an issue if you force players to do things. I want too incorporate a healthy level of fun among the requirements. Perhaps more Entertainments during down time would be a good start to help improve. I think a good old scavenger hunt or perhaps more Tank verses tank trainings would be a great start to bump up the fun level Forcing additional things on my troopers would just cause Burnout even faster and that is something every BCMD should avoid. I love my boys and am proud of the work they do everyday in our hearts we are BOTM everyday because of that bond. Quota's would kill the battalion faster then help it. Our requirements are not that difficult and adding a quota system would just add more stress. This is at its heart a Game. Games are meant to be fun and enjoyable with your friends the vast majority of the 104th come here to relax, shoot the shit after a long day, and just hangout like Brothers. In summary I will not add quota and the documents themselves will be worked on by myself and various personal to ensure they evolve with the needs of my troops.

  3. I guess I have to +1, so I don’t get mass dumbed like Mystic and Vortexuss. On the real, I wish you had better answers to my questions but it’s gonna come down to the interview regardless. Good luck!

Steam Name: Underpaidstaff RP Name: Wolffe [Clorox] RP Rank: BCMD Steam ID: 76561198278978641 STEAM_0:1:159356456 Regiment you are applying for: Mechanized Regimental Commander Why should you become a Regimental Commander?: The Mechanized Regiment has been my passion for the past year on this server. The Mechanized Regiment has shown me an atmosphere I haven’t gotten to see in so long. The friendliness and casual comradery has made me feel at home since I first joined the 21st and continued endlessly during my time in the 104th. I have been in all three battalions and can say without a doubt that I have enjoyed the close knit experience, This is an experience I want to bring to all members of the Mechanized battalions both current and future. I want to ensure the 41st, 104th, and 21st all have a chance to show off their respective skills and vehicles. I am very active and capable of being a visible and driven leader who loves this regiment deeply and will push tis regiment to be the absolute best they can be. Availability: Monday and Tuesday nights I will be unavailable some nights otherwise I can usually hop on whenever I want or need too Give a brief overview of your achievements and experience on the server: Experience: 91st MEDO 91st Lightning Squad 91st ARCL 91st XO 91st WAC-47 41st Green Company MEDL 212th 2ndAC MEDO 21st SO ARFL 21st SO MEDL 104th MEDO Dire Squad MAJ Spitter 104th BCMD Wolffe Do you have a microphone?: Yes Where do you want your regiment to be at the end of your term?: Overall The mechanized battalions are a group of relatively small yet strong and well knit battalions. I intend to build up the connection between the battalions to ensure the three battalions and their subunits are properly working together and making a stronger force. There will be more regimental trainings and entertainments to ensure they build up their abilities as a regiment. I want to see the Regiment grow and become a true powerhouse on the server. Throughout my term I will be working with the BCMDs and their battalions to ensure every goal is reached and every member thoroughly enjoys their time on the server. 21st The 21st has a great group of guys coupled with some great subunits to make for the potential to become a true powerhouse in the server. I want to ensure their subunits each have a chance to show their separate skills with SO being given a covert and black-ops roll and KU adopting an elite shock troop role to ensure they all maintain their identities. I want to see them pushing more tank trainings and running more encounters based around their identity. The Galactic marines have shown to be very capable and I want to ensure they are given the time and numbers to be able to show what they can do. The 21st has a good set of leaders whom I know can ensure the battalion is run well and I intend to ensure it is kept that way. 41st The 41st has been doing some work over the past couple of months and managed to achieve battalion of the month. I am proud of them for this accomplishment and believe they can continue to grow in the next few months. I really want to see them get the chance to engage in their lore given role of reconnaissance and embedding of alien populaces, I already have trainings and encounters planned out to make this a reality. With Improco, I want to work on seeing them more in Special ops type missions as well as extraction and diversion missions. I want to see more sniper and reconnaissance activities and look forward to working with the 41st to ensure these happen 104th The 104th has improved spectacularly over the past 5 months and I could not be more happy to see them prosper. I want to see them build upwards on tank trainings and tank based entertainments. I want to see Dire squad build a better identity to ensure their long term well being and become special in their own right. I want to see 104th coming into the role of a true tank battalion making use of their vehicles. The battalion as a whole is well off but can always be better, I want to ensure that the next Wolffe is well and ready to continue improving upon themselves. I will be pushing for more tank trainings and entertainments in game How do you plan to improve relations within your regiment?: The mechanized regiments have for the past few months been good however I want to see them closer. I will ensure the number of joint trainings and entertainments will increase in order to see the 21st, 41st, and 104th all grow more capable of working as a joint unit. I am extremely active in game and will be able to operate visibly both in game and in teamspeak with the battalions. I want the mechanized battalions to actively reach out with and hang out with each other and will ensure they all have the mindset of operating together. The boys of the mechanized regiment are without a doubt deserving of an RCMD who will give them their utmost attention and work tirelessly to ensure they have the best experience they can both with their own battalion and their fellow battalions. With my abilities as a staff member I will ensure that all three battalions get the chance to demonstrate their roles, vehicles and playstyle both as a battalion and a regiment. Do you understand that if you go inactive that you will be removed from your position?: yes Do you understand that your position has a three month term limit and you must reapply after three months to maintain your regimental commander rank?: Yes

  5. Steam Name: No2DriftKing | Syns.gg RP Name: Kano RP Rank: Commander Steam ID: 76561199258802757 Battalion you are applying for: 501st Experience: 501st Legion (PVT-CMD) 2022 - Present Day In April of 2022, I joined the 501st Legion, to immerse myself in Star Wars roleplay. After joining the battalion, I realized this place was home. I then dedicated myself to learn from my Senior NCOs and Officers. I was encouraged to join 332nd Company so I decided to join as Vyse, an ARC lore character. As I progressed through the ranks, I reached the position of Sergeant Major. My real world military obligations serving in the Army briefly called me away which forced me to resign, but my passion for playing on the server and being with 501st remained strong. I returned seven months later after completing my active duty service, and resumed my journey by joining the battalion again. Recognizing my exceptional performance, the battalion Regimental Advisor who was Ajax, encouraged me to pursue the second open Regimental Advisor position to support all regiments within the battalion. With achieving the position, I collaborated closely with Ajax to enhance the performance of each regiment. Sooner than later I swiftly advanced from Warrant Officer to Lieutenant. When Zeros assumed the role of BCMD and initiated a restructuring within the entire battalion, I was left as the sole active member within 332nd Company. Teaming up with Zeros, we revitalized the sub-unit, implementing new tryout templates and stricter entry requirements, which led to a remarkable surge in interest and recruitment into 332nd. I was then promoted to Captain and appointed as 332nd Company Commander Vaughn. I continued to lead with dedication and passion. However, I was seeking to broaden my command experience, so I made a plan to pursue the position of Torrent Company Commander Appo, which I successfully achieved through hard work and dedication. Throughout my command in Torrent Company, I maintained its momentum and success, and continued recruiting new members. Eventually, I stepped down to return to 332nd Company as Vaughn once more, and revamped the sub-unit to elevate it and make it into an elite sub-unit like Torrent Company. I was eventually promoted to Major and not too long after I became a Commander! I focused on shaping our Officers into professional leaders, and worked on creating comprehensive training handbooks, and ensured smooth battalion operations. I worked closely with Reborn and Joyboy carrying out their plans for the battalion, and I continue to uphold the legacy and strength of the 501st Legion, ensuring its continued success and cohesion. Why should you become a Battalion Commander?: My dedication to the 501st Legion drives my belief that I am the ideal candidate for the position of Battalion Commander. Among all the battalions in the garrison, the 501st holds a special place in my heart for me. The 501st episodes in the Clone Wars show are legendary. Growing up I immersed myself in the Star Wars, I developed a fascination with its lore that has only deepened through my experiences playing Synergy being in the 501st. Each role I've held within the battalion has shaped me into the leader I am today, preparing me for the responsibility of transitioning into the role of 501st Battalion Commander. My goal is to uphold the legacy of the 501st, ensuring that the seeds planted by my past Battalion Commanders continue to flourish. Collaborating with my officers, I aim to lead the battalion towards ongoing success, maintaining the standards of excellence that define us. I am committed to guiding the 501st with integrity, and determination. I want to implement some concepts I have that can increase and improve our battalion’s performance more than it is currently. I want to be Commander Rex because he represents what being a leader is and because of the strong bonds he has with everyone in the 501st Legion. Rex is brave, has respect, is trustworthy, and is loyal to his soldiers. I believe I represent those leadership values every single day as I continuously help build 501st to be the best and brightest! I am eager to introduce innovative concepts that I believe will elevate and enhance the performance of our battalion beyond its current level. Availability?: I’m on every day from the afternoon through the night/super early mornings. 24/7 on Discord. Estimate of how long you've played on Synergy Roleplay?: 19 Months - 1600 Hours Do you have a microphone?: Of Course! Where do you want your battalion to be at the end of your term?: I am deeply committed to shaping a vibrant and active community in the battalion, where people are eager to join and participate because of our amazing standards set in place. My vision is for our battalion to radiate warmth and inclusivity, creating an environment where everyone feels valued and welcomed. My goal is to create and lead the best Officers and NCOs who are fully equipped to carry out our tasks effectively. I want to ensure that our documentation remains accurate and up-to-date throughout every level of the battalion. I am dedicated to preparing the Commanders to lead the battalion with confidence and with the proper knowledge that will support them. It's crucial to me that the Officers, NCOs, Jedi, sub-units, and regiments receive the resources and assistance they need to thrive under my leadership. To keep our members engaged, I plan to introduce a variety of quests and tasks both on and off the server, providing more opportunities for participation and growth. Achieving the title of Battalion of the Month is a goal I am determined to reach, as it serves as a source of motivation and inspiration to people. I want to have people have multiple leadership opportunities to broaden their experience and pave the way for advancement in moving up in the battalion. Ultimately, I aim to ensure that our battalion operates smoothly, remains organized, and continues to be a beacon of excellence within our community. HOOAH! NCO Core The Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) core forms the very foundation of our battalion, embodying the values of responsibility, discipline, professionalism, and proficiency that define the 501st. They are the driving force behind our operations, tirelessly training and instructing our troopers to maintain the organization's momentum. I believe there is room for improvement in our NCOs education and training, particularly in the transition from being a Corporal to Sergeant. To address this, I intend to enhance the SGT Training Document, providing more comprehensive guidance on the expectations and responsibilities of NCOs. Similar to our Officer Training Handbook, I am working with the officers to publish a step-by-step guide on how to be an NCO. When promoted from Corporal to Sergeant, you will undergo EOD training alongside your SGT training. Additionally, I intend to establish a Senior NCO system, aimed at equipping NCOs from Master Sergeant to Sergeant Major with the necessary expertise to lead and guide their junior counterparts within the 501st. To execute this, I plan on creating a SNCO handbook as well that will explain everything about leading the junior NCOs. When promoted to being a SNCO a Lieutenant will train them. This initiative will ready them for potential advancement to the role of Warrant Officer in the future. My vision is for our NCOs to approach their duties with enthusiasm, and satisfaction from conducting trainings, recruiting new players, and coordinating entertainments. By incentivizing these tasks and providing opportunities for advancement within the battalion, we can ensure that our NCOs remain engaged and motivated. To augment their leadership skills, I aim to introduce fresh leadership duties and obligations for NCOs to take on. Through these initiatives, I am confident that we can elevate the effectiveness and cohesion of our NCO core, which will reinforce the strength of the battalion as a whole. To illustrate my plans for promotion requirements per NCO rank for clone troopers, please refer below. Sergeant Major Sergeant Major will have a time in grade of ten days and will need to complete two EOD shadows by watching over a junior NCO or by hosting an EOD SIM. They will also need to complete two SGT trainings and will have two requirements of choice which consist of recruitment, deployment lead, EOD training, SIM, and joint training. Master Sergeant Master Sergeant will have a time in grade of seven days and will need to complete two EOD shadows by watching over a junior NCO or by hosting an EOD SIM. They will have three requirements of choice which consist of recruitment, deployment lead, EOD training, SIM, and joint training. Sergeant First Class Sergeant First Class will have a time in grade of five days and will need to complete four requirements of choice which consist of recruitment, event lead, EOD training, SIM, and joint training. Staff Sergeant Staff Sergeant will have a time in grade of four days and will need to complete three requirements of choice which consist of recruitment, event lead, EOD training, SIM, and joint training. Sergeant Sergeant will have a time in grade of two days and will need to complete two requirements of choice which consist of recruitment, event lead, EOD training, SIM, and joint training. Officer Core The Officer core plays a pivotal role in orchestrating the operations of our battalion, ensuring tasks are assigned and executed seamlessly. They serve as the guiding force of the 501st, directing and overseeing the efforts of our NCOs. The individuals within our Officer core are truly exceptional, and I am confident in their ability to uphold and strengthen the battalion. I envision each officer rank having a distinct purpose and role. I believe in dividing the workload among officer ranks to promote balance and prevent burnout. By assigning specific responsibilities to each rank, we can create a more efficient and sustainable system that allows Officers to decompress and focus on their assigned tasks. Commander The responsibilities of Commanders encompass a wide array of crucial tasks vital for the smooth functioning and advancement of the battalion. These encompass overseeing the entirety of the battalion, as well as managing the battalion Discord and Roster. Additionally, they are involved in creating constructive relations with other battalions, orchestrating collaborative training sessions, and arranging scheduled events to build unity and morale. Commanders are also entrusted with overseeing the subunits, to ensure effective leadership within them, and promoting people to leadership roles when necessary. They actively seek out opportunities for improvement and innovation, while also enforcing the chain of command and conducting regular weekly check-ins with the entire officer core. Furthermore, Commanders play a key role in appointing Majors, monitoring their performance, and providing support and guidance to Captains in their preparation for higher leadership roles. They are involved in making battalion engagement through trainings and events, patrols, and simulations, to enhance operational readiness and camaraderie within the battalion. Major At the helm of the Senior Officer team, Majors supervise daily operations. They oversee the entire officer team, including managing all promotions, which undergo discussion and voting processes. Majors also wield authority over disciplinary measures within the officer team, they have the ultimate decision-making power in such instances. They participate in maintaining the in-game battalion roster, ensuring it is updated on a weekly basis. Furthermore, they compile weekly reports on officers who perform exceptionally in their battalion duties. They will inform the Commanders weekly on the performances of the officers. Captain Captains are accountable for managing the battalion discord. Such as LOAs, ROAs, and resignations, ensuring they are properly documented and tagged. They are also responsible for managing tag assignments in role assignment, as well as overseeing regiment and name changes. They participate in maintaining the in-game battalion roster, ensuring it is updated on a weekly basis. Since Captains are Senior Officers they will delegate tasks and assignments to the NCOs, and Warrant Officers. Captains will additionally help manage promotions alongside the Majors for input on who should be promoted within the officer core. Moreover, Captains collaborate with Majors in the selection and appointment of Warrant Officers for the battalion, while also gaining insights into leading the officer team as a cohesive unit. They accept and deny Warrant Officer applications and conduct interviews for prospective Warrant Officers. Additionally, they support Lieutenants in overseeing NCOs and provide guidance to new Warrant Officers throughout their training phase. Lieutenant Lieutenants bear the responsibility of supervising NCOs, ensuring their compliance with standards, and working closely with them to embody the principles of officer leadership. Additionally, they are entrusted with handling disciplinary matters within the NCO core, they uphold a tight code of conduct. Lieutenants are also in charge of training SNCOs when promoted. Lieutenants are the role models for Warrant Officers and are expected to teach them what to do. Moreover, Lieutenants are anticipated to inform Majors of exceptional performances or instances where NCOs surpass expectations for consideration of the individual to be promoted. Lieutenants are now going to be able to work alongside the Senior Officers and update the in-game battalion roster weekly. Warrant Officer Warrant Officer is a trial period for people to learn their roles in becoming an Officer. The opportunity to apply for this position is now facilitated through submitting an application, followed by a vote by the entire Officer team. Candidates who receive adequate support will proceed to an interview with the Captains to evaluate their readiness and objectives within the battalion. Afterward, the entire Senior Officer team casts a vote on whether accepting or denying the person. Warrant Officer is a three-week training period, during which candidates shadow officers and become acquainted with their duties. Their duties consist of assisting the NCOs, leading deployments, and hosting trainings. Furthermore, Warrant Officers will SGT train CPLs when promoted. Based on their proficiency in the role of being a Warrant Officer, candidates may be promoted or demoted to SGM upon the end of their three-week trial. Officer Core Revitalization - Promotion Requirements Within the past three weeks of losing Reborn as BCMD has been a struggle. The majority of our Officers have stopped being Officers which is a HUGE issue. The lack of work from being put into the Battalion is little to none. After hosting Officer Meetings and personal talks to resolve the issues, not much has changed for a majority of our Officers. To help revitalize the Officer Core, I plan to implement promotion requirements where all of the Officers will need to complete their given requirements based on their rank. This will ensure Officers are doing their part within the Battalion to uphold activity and events. If they have completed their requirements they will be considered for promotion based on how they are performing. If they fail in their duties and responsibilities being an Officer and aren't making the effort to get promoted, they will be moved down or removed from the team. To illustrate my plans for promotion requirements per Officer rank, please refer below. Commander For Commanders, their requirements will refresh each month. Their requirements will consist of two 501st Battalion Story Events, three Officer training shadows, three EOD trainings, and three joint trainings. Major For Major, their requirements will refresh each month depending on Commander slots. Requirements will consist of three joint trainings, three Officer trainings, three EOD trainings, and three EOD shadows. Captain Requirements will consist of three joint trainings, three Officer trainings, three EOD trainings, and three EOD shadows. Lieutenant Requirements will consist of three joint trainings, three SNCO trainings, three EOD trainings, and three SIMs. Warrant Officer Requirements will consist of three joint trainings, three SGT training shadows, three EOD trainings, and three SIMs. Jedi The Jedi members of the 501st Legion are of equal significance to our clone troopers. It's truly a great sight to see when people express their interest in joining the battalion as a Jedi. I am super enthusiastic about enhancing the promotion and recognition of our battalion's Jedi! Collaborating with our Anakin Skywalker, and Ahsoka Tano, is a top priority for me. Together, our overall goal is to focus on promoting recruiting Jedi and filling Jedi subunit slots. Additionally, our present Anakin has reviewed and improved our battalion's Jedi documents, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible. Recently, we have implemented a policy prohibiting individuals from holding simultaneous positions as both a clone trooper and a Jedi within the 501st. This decision reflects our commitment to maintaining clarity and consistency within our ranks. Additionally, we have ceased the practice of transferring ranks between clone trooper and Jedi roles, maintaining a clear distinction between the two. We also have changed the NCO promotion requirements for our Jedi. Due to the Battalion's Jedi having lower numbers than our clone troopers and them having a low drive to strive in 501st because of having only two Jedi Lore Characters, we have updated their promo requirements to be more fair and equal with our Clones. We are currently looking to add more Jedi Lore Characters to Torrent Company and 332nd. Please refer below for the newly updated NCO Promo Requirements for Jedi. Staff Sergeant Staff Sergeant will have a time in grade of four days. Sergeant Sergeant will have a time in grade of two days. Regiments In my perspective, the regiments are essential for the success of our battalion. I'm focused on exploring ways to elevate them. A primary objective of mine is to establish weekly specialized training sessions for each regiment, supervised by officers and leads. Although we provide training documents during tryouts, there's often a lack of ongoing self-improvement and assessment. I aim to rectify this to ensure our troopers remain sharp consistently. Additionally, I plan to introduce interviews within each regiment for individuals aspiring to become Officers or Leads. With strong leadership in place, we can further improve and expand regiment tryouts and guidelines. Trainings In January, we were honored to receive the Battalion of the Month award in recognition of our exceptional numbers and growth within the battalion! This achievement sparked a surge in motivation among our members, inspiring them to host more trainings and entertainments. I am dedicated to continuing this momentum by encouraging our NCOs and Officers to continue their efforts in hosting trainings, with the goal of achieving Battalion of the Month again in the future. In acknowledgment of their hard work and dedication, we recognize these individuals with awards such as Trooper of the Week and Trooper of the Month. Additionally, to further incentivize participation, we offer rewards such as in-game credits, allowing members to make purchases from the server's store or even receive games as gifts from Steam. As Battalion Commander, I am committed to upholding this system of recognition and rewards, ensuring that our members feel valued and motivated to contribute to the success of the battalion. As a combat-focused battalion, I am enthusiastic about partnerships with other battalions across the garrison. I aim to create stronger bonds through coordinated training sessions, and joint missions. Furthermore, I am dedicated to hosting joint operations with the subunits, as this not only boosts morale but also creates unity and camaraderie among us. EOD Our battalion specializes in Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD), a critical aspect of role-playing on the server. We must prioritize EOD training to ensure people are proficient in this area. I want our NCOs and Officers to actively engage with new players on the server, urging them to undergo EOD training to receive their certification. My goal is to see all players across the server equipped with the skills to perform EOD role-play without relying solely on the 501st during events and deployments. I want to implement thorough reevaluations of our EOD training protocols in my battalion to ensure that we maintain the highest level of knowledge and proficiency in this vital area so that 501st will always prove we are the best at what we do! Roleplay As our battalion grows, I am committed to enriching our roleplay experiences. Often, during events and deployments, off-topic distractions can steer us away from our mission's core objective. It's my goal to keep us laser-focused on our goals to ensure success. Emphasizing a serious tone in our battle communications helps hone effective leadership skills. Moreover, I want people playing lore characters to actually act as the characters, which will amplify immersion and enjoyment playing on the server. Retention Another priority for the battalion is ensuring our troops remain engaged and active to prevent boredom. I aim to maintain a steady stream of activities, including events, trainings, quests, and more, to keep everyone entertained and eager to participate. I plan to implement a calendar system for organizing and posting events that will help keep people informed and encourage their participation. Additionally, I want our NCOs and Officers to warmly welcome and guide new players on the server, and showcase everything we can do. This act of hospitality not only leaves a positive impression but also has the potential to turn newcomers into valuable recruits. Torrent Company Torrent Company represents all of the beloved characters and sets a high standard compared to the rest of the battalion. I see several areas within Torrent Company where opportunities for enhancement abound. One area I aim to enhance is the tryout process, making it more difficult and immersive to better align with the specified character. Recently, we reinstated the TC voting process, enabling individuals to submit character applications for tryout consideration. The approval of these tryouts is determined through a company-wide voting process, where everyone in TC collectively decides on accepting or denying the applicant to undergo tryouts and potentially join Torrent Company. Following the server's map switch, updates were made to the tryout dupe. As Torrent Company emphasizes seriousness, members must adhere strictly to standards and guidelines. Additionally, the TC Rule Manual has been revised and updated. New recruits joining Torrent Company are introduced to this manual, which comprehensively covers all the rules and regulations governing membership in TC. I have also expanded the number of Jedi slots in Torrent Company to three, aligning it with 332nd which provides more opportunities for Jedi to try out and join TC. I additionally would like to collaborate with TC Command and see about submitting a suggestion in the future on adding to Tup and Dogma’s kits since they only have pistols unlike the rest of TC having a full proper kit. With the updates implemented in TC, the sub-unit is set up for continued success and growth. 332nd Company 332nd Company, specializing in siege warfare tactics to isolate and capture enemy forces, has thrived under the recent leadership changes. Significant improvements have been made, including the introduction of enhanced tryout processes for both regular troopers and Jedi within 332nd. The incorporation of Heavy Ordinance (HVO) into the company has helped increase its appeal. Utilizing a modified version of Reborn's HVO tryout document, I customized it to reflect the unique rules and regulations of 332nd, ensuring clarity for potential recruits. We are currently working to finish the tryout dupe for HVO. I also plan on creating a HVO Lead position within 332nd to give 332nd more leadership opportunities. I have also expanded the number of Jedi slots in 332nd to three, aligning it with TC which provides more opportunities for Jedi to try out and join 332nd. Following the server's map switch, updates were made to the actual 332nd tryout dupe as well. Currently, with 332nd’s rising popularity, we have expanded the sub-unit to twelve slots for clone troopers and three slots for Jedi. In response to the growing numbers within our ranks, we've implemented a new position known as the 332nd Marshal. This role is designed to assist with tryouts and provide oversight of the company's operations. 332nd is supposed to be about siege warfare, and that's what it's going to be. I plan on actually implementing siege warfare tactics and training. This will be executed by creating a new training guide handbook and simulating close-quarters combat training. While we wait for the suggestion to change the 501st Officer job to a 332nd siege trooper to be accepted or not, this will help make 332nd unique and give people motivation to join even more. From this, 332nd can live up to its name and true purpose of being a sub-unit. Overall, with the implemented changes within 332nd, the pumpkin heads shall continue to spread! Overall With my goals and ambitions moving the battalion forward, I know with confidence that the battalion will continue to grow and adapt to my plans. We will maintain operations, provide support, operational readiness, logistical efficiency, and uphold standards. My objective is to create a positive atmosphere and uphold community morale. I am committed to the development of our personnel, offering positions for advancement in the battalion. I pledge to lead with integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct. With the backing of my mentors who have paved the path to success, I eagerly anticipate assuming the role of BCMD. With the leverage of my past leadership experiences, I am fully equipped and ready to handle the responsibilities and obligations. I am determined to make 501st a healthy and proactive environment where everyone feels valued and actively engaged. Do you understand that if you go inactive that you will be removed from your position?: Yes Do you understand that your position has a three month term limit and you must reapply after three months to maintain your commander rank?: Yes

  8. As it stands my current vote is -1 Reading through your replies to people it seems like you're reiterating certain sections, Specifically when it comes to your Subunits Wolfpack and Dire squad. You already mentioned how you're WPXO how you should have reached out to Badger to "get something going" but what exactly are you trying to get going. Same issue when addressing Dire squad we're already aware that they not much more than a Jobbed squad but you didn't mention a plan on how to "bring them into the light". You also bring up a Watch system for a NCO trying to become WO, a potential WO should be put into his evaluation phase the minute they become NCOs so by the time they reach SGM you should be more than aware if the person will be a good fit for the role. This leads into my main point that it seems like you may not fully understand the purpose of the Officer Core. The Officer Core should not be worrying about do large entertainments/ multiple small entertainments weekly. They should be focusing on building up their NCOs and assist in trainings And Lastly. Considering Mystic is your Intel Director as well as the Jedi's & Rancor's I've worked with him multiple times about issues im having during Intel work and he gladly explains the process to me and why something could have went wrong while still providing a fix for the solution. My point is there's a reason why 95% of intel docs are automated on Synergy and its because it works. If you think doing stuff manually can work then you should suggest this change for a short trial period and see how it goes before doing the full revamp or atleast ask to see what your fellow Officer Core thinks.

  9. Manual Rosters? Ima be real this ain't it chief. A lot of your goals for the battalion aren't what a BCMD should be focusing on, or are just looking at things backwards. -NCOs doing things for promotion is generally a good way of getting them to do things. Not everyone is going to enjoy them, but trooper of the week/month/year isn't going to motivate anyone to doing them more. You should be focusing on giving NCOs ideas on fun entertainments/trainings, and get them, to understand that more recruits=more people=better battalion. -As the #1 Roster Enjoyer in the community (fite me Mystic), you don't have roster duty as a point on your app. Not only does it show you don't understand how to maintain your backend system (more automation means less people touching, which means fewer people breaking things), it also shows you don't have the right priorities for the battalion (intel is like, bottom tier for goals on a BCMD app) -Your subunit goals make no sense to me. Maybe I don't understand them as well as you do, but having both squads be super elite like how you're describing isn't really good. Besides, both squads already have things that make them interesting and unique (I hope), and you should be focusing on their existing strengths, not imagining them as something different. Also keep in mind that if you want new models, there's a very good chance that, even if you suggest them on day 1 of your term, you won't ever see them as BCMD. This entire app feels tone deaf to your battalions' actual issues, and more like a list of things you don't like about the battalion on a personal level. -1

  12. I would like to touch on this bit. If documents are outdated you need to reach out to the proper people and get them updated. Personally, You've never reached out to me about anything... the Intel Director. Nobody should be afraid of breaking a roster. That's my job to fix and the point of Intel Training. If they're scared they just shouldn't be Intel. Adding NCOs to the Intel team in what way? If you move NCOs to intel you open up a plethora of possible issues that can be resolved, but require time and preplanning, which again i've never been reached out to about this. As far as your plan to simplify it, it was brought to me by not yourself, but Clorox. The entire roster change was removing the automation and adding merits. Removing automation doesn't make a roster easier to use. It increases the likely hood of messing up promotion dates, rank updates, and people would need to manually log their changes and manually update the roster. This is asking almost 3x the work it takes to currently do /recruit. /promote is picking a name and a rank abbreviation, whereas changing to manual would require opening the roster, finding the person and manually changing their promotion date and their rank itself then going into Intel chat and posting the promotion. Intel bits aside, Ther rest of this app is fairly lackluster. You can do bi-weekly meetings yourself as most battalions do this already with their Junior Officers spearheading them. As for NCOs reward you can also already implement this as an Officer. As for the Wolfpack thing, You can easily start doing this too as WPXO. Unless Badger was against this. You also touched on Dire Squad almost 0%. You mention you want them to have models and you plan to get their kit changed. Fundamentally what do you think needs adjusted to make them succeed on more than just the development side of things? TLDR Adding credit rewards for NCOs, Turning Intel manual and putting up Dire Squad suggestions are things i don't see benefitting the battalion at all. Especially against the application Juggernaut has up. It'll be a -1 for me but if you make it to Inter view good luck.

  13. Name: Jahmez Staff Rank: Admin Are you VIP?: Yes Date: 04/21/2024 Reason for leaving: I need to prioritize my education and life goals. GMOD is getting in the way since expectations for frequent playing is getting to me and is making it difficult for me to do IRL things. I don’t even hangout with my friends anymore, like that’s horrible right? So quitting this game would give me more freedom. I might return when Summer hits, but I doubt it because I’m gonna be doing a lot of Army preparation. Farewells: 41st: @Tetra@Grey@Boof Thank you guys for the outstanding leadership, and for making my time in the 41st Elite Corps as well as in the server as a whole very fun. I wish you 3 luck with running the Elite Corps. Ooo-rah! I would tag more but I don’t know yalls forum names. But if you’re 41st in general then this is for you too.
