+1 I think cucumber is a strong candidate for the battalion and will do fantastic in the position

this is a pretty good response. I believe that having your battalion's backing is the most important thing when going for BCMD, and I think you have that (pending any mass -1s from 21st members). Gonna sit on a vote until I see others opinions. Best of luck in the meantime.

Currently, I feel 21st is in a pretty good place. Everything I want to change as of now is listed above including the changes within the Officer Team & Ranks which is what you're referring to. But I respect your opinion, thanks for the feedback.

One reason is that I really want to be help to the server as a whole, by helping the staff team and to people who are in need of an admin. I also want admin because it can be a way to give me another reason to play on this server. I want this to create good habits for myself, with quotas and increased responsibility on the server. I want this to prepare me for bigger things in life, like a job and adulthood. I want to be able to, when I'm experienced enough as an admin, to make things happen for other people to create player enjoyment on this server. I have loved this server ever since I've joined it, and I feel I would enjoy it much more if I could have more power in what to do in the server. I want to achieve greater heights within this server, to be able to assist the server, by becoming an administrator. Tell us a little about yourself (3 sentence minimum): Some things about myself in real life and some things in game about me is that I am a freshman in highschool. I am a very dedicated learner in my school, trying my hardest and trying to learn as much as I can as I go by the school year. I am a fast learner and always try as hard as I can to complete the task I am given. I try my best to be helpful, even if its something very small such as being the first one to say "bless you" when someone sneezes or holding a door open for strangers. In game, I am very passionate about my role as the Chief Medical Officer, trying to do what's right and what my people want. I do such by making a medical records form and sheet, displaying suggestions, project requests, and what was once just roleplay, medical records on players. It's gonna be a no from me, maybe this is just me but from my interactions with you it doesn't seem you are particularly the greatest leader. I do think you're dedicated to Naval no doubt but I think you have a lot to work on in terms of being a leader before you consider a position like this. I also feel your application needs a lot more detail. -1
