-1 I have to agree with Redcar and Big Boss, I've seen you on quite a lot but to me it seems you are not mature enough plus from what I hear you were not able to restrain yourself and were you lying on your original staff application because there you clearly state you are 13 and now you are 12? -1 Looking through the Replies, It's starting to look a lot less like you just got bored and resigned. Staff takes a lot of Commitment, which you seem to either have a problem with keeping to, or need to work on it more. Not to mention you don't show any Indication you've been waived, and if you have been, it was likely under the assumption that you'd be 14 before long anyways. As someone who's handled a lot of Apps in my time, I'd suggest you take more time with your Application, and spend the time to consider whether or not you'd like to be Staff for the Right reasons or not. Staff is not for everyone, and while I believe with the right mindset and proper commitment anyone can be a good staff member, a big part of the Staff App process is being able to decipher if you're in the right direction or not. A Lot of the Big issues people seem to have with your App overall, also seem to be based on, or around maturity, which while it comes faster to some than others, is best learned with time as you get Older. Part of what I enjoy so much about SR, Is the community, with people growing up on the Server. Stick with this Mindset, keep working towards progress, and one day you'll be Staff, but I don't think it's today friend.

Hey. I had a much more crude and cold post originally, but I wiped it. I am resigning again, and likely permanetly from Synergy. I will continue to assist Square as he needs assistance with updates but I do not wish to have a direct role, or responsibility to this community. I feel I have put in more than my fair share of time and effort over my multiple years here and that time needs to find it's end. With that, I request you do not DM me in relation to Synergy on discord or Steam as those are mine and I will likely block you. If you have something for me, message me here. My reason for leaving relates hard to three factors that I will not go into in detail on, as to leave on a more positive note. The short version is between my health, job, and the Gmod culture, I have no drive or time that I want to dedicate to this project. To the person who leaked my resignation coming up, fuck yourself, that's not your news to share and you are a prime example of the shitty culture built deep into Gmod (Not Synergy, Gmod). 4/10 You seemed somewhat unprepared and many things went wrong in this event in my opinion. Firstly, every single droid was armed with a T-21 which is almost never a good idea. There was a civilian involved that I never even saw and very few players seemed to be aware of this civilian's existence. Response time to tickets and such was extremely late and myself and other GM's and GH's offered assistance which was denied. Set up on the dupe could have been a lot better and walls were no collided and players were able to run through them. I collided these walls for you but this should not need to be done by a player. The rayshields were also not linked so players decided to set charges on the servers instead. A total of 5 RBC's were placed and attempted to be detonated over a 5+ minute period before one of the tickets were finally taken and the rayshield was removed. The story behind the event was extremely confusing and it seemed that characters such as Count Dooku were somewhat randomly introduced without much clear reason. Also the event jobs played unnecessary roles such as commando droid snipers that were headglitching behind hordes of T-21's. Also, aqua droids were introduced into WM somewhat sporadically and they were also armed with T-21's and was poor choice in opinion as they were placed in spots which were very hard to see and frustrating for players to deal with since they only have one entrance and are immediately met with focused fire from 20+ T-21's. I hope you can take this criticism and build off of it in future events. On a positive note I liked the doc you made for this event and I have seen you do multiple high quality events/encounters in the past so I think this was just a situation of you trying to do too much without enough people to assist.

Thank you for the Feedback! First of the t21s were just to be a challenge. Second, I saw that you joined into the even late as I saw. The main event on Dagobah was a Hostage situation and 104th had some RP. Third, this wasn't meant to be a big event and that's the reason why it was a lot of stuff piled on top of one another. Sorry for the confusion!

3/10 I liked the idea and all but the event was pretty confusing, and all over the place. Also armies of T-21s dont always go as planned. Some parts of the event I'll comment on real quick. I personally never saw the citizen that but just be me not looking carefully. Along with I didn't exactly know what are main objective was on dagobah.

It is not the job of Commanders or Naval to follow the GMs plan to a T We respond to things in RP, not voices from GMs I appreciate the storyline events you have going, but don't kill hundreds of people then get upset that you get executed

+1 A Big part about Staffing is Adaptability, and being ready to handle the Job you want, and the Job you have. While I think you'll make a Great GM in the future, I have faith that you'll be able to get there in no time. Dedication, Commitment, and overall readiness to do what you need to do, while doing what needs to be done will take you far. This is the same Mindset that helped me on my First Server being Staff, and I have faith that it'll help you as well. Good luck, looking forward to working with you man.
