+1 Reason? Egg has literally almost 2 years of experience in this position, and has proven he is capable of the position and can handle its stresses Him have 35 hours mean literal jack shit. I had 35 hours -40 hours average as Bly, and no one said a damn thing

My response has a few parts: Activity: Your currently holding 3 demanding roles. When questioned by @Andrews53 about your ability to balance these 3 demanding roles on top of an additional demanding role of SOBDE REG you're answer was essentially "I'm just going to work harder! and I cant get burned about because I can switch between all the roles I have." I feel you will not be able to effectively manage all of your positions there is a limit to the amount of time in a day. As well as having multiple roles does nothing to prevent you from being burned out. Hoarding: As I stated previously you currently hold 3 roles, I don't believe its fair for you to hold 3 roles that have limited availability and then on top of that go for another position that has limited availability as well. We do not need power and positions concentrated with only a few players on this server. Power: If what @meowthemeower has said is true, and your just using this as a stepping stone to get to Marshal then you don't need to hold this spot at all. In the end -1 leaning towards Neutral , My biggest issue is with you holding so many positions I doubt your ability to balance it all and regardless of your ability to manage it your still shutting out other players from those positions.

-1 While there is no doubt you have good leadership skills and you did help cut down the minginess within your battalion, most of the things you said you would do in your last BCMD application you have not upheld. Most importantly is your activity. You do not play the server nearly as much as you should and most of your CMDs are also inactive. Every week Recon Regiment holds a meeting for CMD+. This started when @Hudsongot Reg CMD. There has been 1 meeting where 41st have attended and the CMD came at the very end of the meeting. If you can't put in the time then you need to either A. get more active commanders or B. step down so someone else can put in the time. In my opinion, 41st need a new BCMD. Eggs hours as of tonight, for reference.

Alright heres the thing Mike while I understand you mostly only care about a TS uban but this is still going to be considered for all platforms. Now your original offense for being perma banned was quite a while ago and honestly for that alone you could have very easily been unbanned, but instead of contacting higher ups to make a ban appeal on the forums you made ban evasion attempts in the forum of using a VPN in TeamSpeak, in game(Only a small amount in game from what I was told) and on the forums, then when your CT PVT Crispy account was banned, which you only ever used that account to start flame wars or tried to start drama, you made another forum account to do the same thing. For everyone giving their opinion on this ban appeal with just a "+1/-1" with no comments attached or a "+1 such a good meme" or "-1 You are bad man" these votes are not being nearly as heavily counted, I really was only looking at replies with real feedback and after reading them I have come to the following conclusion: Most of the +1s are stating that mike is really dumb but deserves to be unbanned and another chance, and while I do agree with that he has ban evaded several times between the forums AND teamspeak and intentionally causing problems on the forums. So for the time being this appeal will be DENIED and you will remain banned, BUT if you stop attempting to ban evade MAYBE a couple months down the line this can be considered again for appeal. Until then if another instance of you ban evading happens anywhere, forums, TS, or in game, you will not be given another chance at appealing and all appeal attempts will be automatically denied.

I'd normally +1 this as most people have moments in the heat, but generally you're one disrespectful dude, I remember just going in to talk to Patrick as he was trying to explain stuff but you and Artician were just taking the piss, insulting us and just generally being big pricks because of the ranks you had. Not to mention you handled all this like a child, sorry but I'm -1 this because you're the most 2 faced person I've seen in this community.
