I feel like the story is not being fully talked about, Cooter told me to kill myself in real life and shortly after he said he was going to do a very inappropriate thing to another member in the 41st in an open TS channel, It was not said to Gizmo im not sure why its being said it was for him, it was a direct responce to somebody saying somthing about cooters dog, Its just overall disgusting behavior.

I mean... kidding or not it's the same idea as past bans where its an open TS channel where minors can be. Saying you're gonna rape someone in an open TS channel is a pretty crazy, especially if you don't know the age of everyone in said channel. I've known Cooter since 2022. He's my homie. I guarantee it was a joke, but the open TS channel rules exist for a reason, and High Staff has shown plenty recently that they adhere to said rules. Even if the ban was questionable. For everyone's safety, even if its just your own, it's probably better to avoid saying those things in an open channel

Hey bro, it’s time to give my input. I was one of the people who dealt with this situation so I’ll give my side of things I’ve been in the community for a long time and I’ve been in the high staff team for over two years. One of our key values as a community is protect the community members inside of the community. It’s very apparent that what you said, obviously didn’t sit right with members of the community and is our job to ensure that our community members, Especially our younger members of the community aren’t being exposed to things that are not appropriate. With that being said telling someone that you were going to do inappropriate things to them and then also telling them to kill themselves, especially in open team speak channels is a huge problem. I will say that I think you’ve been very understanding and able to take responsibility for what you said which I genuinely appreciate, but we have banned people before for less for the exact same amount of time. Also to those saying that they feel like this was a revenge report I will respond and say the nature of the report doesn’t change how we handle the report if this is a problem where an individual feels targeted in any way shape or form the high staff team are happy to investigate it. I’m going to end with I don’t mind if it gets reduced, but I think it is extremely early to really decide if it should be reduced. I genuinely think that you should wait a little over a week and then speak to an HA plus regarding reducing your ban.

I dont think this is a very fair comparison. 2 things were genuine concerns to the community that got perma’d. Foul shit was said in a public ts channel when minors couldve heard or been affected and is against the rules.

All Im gonna say here is Yes this was stupid ass thing to say even for a minor but the fact the Report went in AFTER the tryout is kind of Sus it seems to me someone got butt hurt they failed a tryout and cried about it to feel big and important. Honestly Womp womp Dude! You failed be a man about it you talk like this to your friends as well so I think +1 Lower his ban to 5 days for ERP

Exactly the issue I have with this ban, it wasn’t reported for 3-4 hours after the incident happened. Exactly why I feel a simple 5 day ERP ban would suffice especially since he already received a battalion punishment.

We gain keeping our community safe. I mean the guy doesn't gain anything from saying that to another human being anyway. But I think this is a -1 for me I think you should sit out the time. You made a mistake but that just how life is when you mess up you get punished.

+1 After we did your Improcco Tryout we spoke to you about this situation and some other not as important things regarding communication with others. I get it everyone lets sumn slip sometimes. And you assured us that your communication would be more professional moving forward, regarding THAT comment specifically. I have no doubt in my mind that there was no malicious intent behind the comment as I was the one it was directed at. This being said, you did still say the thing but I need my Six lowkey.

I can't speak on the first clip cuz it has nothing to do with me. But he said it in response to me saying "Hey be nice to cooter" as in he doesn't need my help to defend him. Additionally in the first clip, he said that in response to derogatory comments made towards him.

Ahhh yes bc the terrible CooterScooter is like a Claire or Dragon type of person, I think priorities need to be figured out on what you consider helping the community first before banning a kid for a month for an accidental slip up in TS
