Im getting some strange dejavu here. Let's be real, synergy is built off favouritism and the best example should be looking at blazins jedi order which was Head and shoulders above many others. The truth is people only care about favouritism when it's the decision they don't want, otherwise they don't say shit. Hypocritical as fuck (and I'm projecting cause I'm guilty too)

Exactly my point, rules don't apply because you are friends with a "Head Admin" and a "RCMD". I have had heavy troopers banned for 5 days for complete accidents with their rocket launchers, and they have had to post ban appeals. Too bad they weren't buddies with a "Head Admin" or "RCMD". What could possibly be the outcome other than death, when firing a rocket launcher at explosive canisters in a confined space with 7 troopers? Also I posted the rules/law broken and highlighted the specific ones he violated on video. I am reporting what I saw in the clip, and that is multiple rules broken. No targeting or hostility, I would just like to see accountability for everyone. It has been a long running issue with people who perceive themselves to be above the rules. It seems as if "High Command" wants to act with impunity, while other members of the community be subject to the rules. It's disheartening when your leaders do not hold themselves accountable.

Additionally, their are rules around waives that say you must be atleast a WO. Why was bana an exception? This is just favoritism. Any other excuse is a lie. I have reported both directors to their superiors. You may close this if you wish, i have my answer.

Question: What is the criteria to pass to a interview for a BCMD position? Comments/Concerns: A recent commander app was moved to interview, despite having more -1's then +1's. This is very concerning as a player as how am i supposed to take this as anything other then blatant favoritism on the side of the director team? Do our votes even matter? Do our voices matter?
