fuck /me RP tldr /me RP is the worst but to go over my old post and some general ideas for interactive systems for the server I'll make another bulleted list on this post: - Improve or replace the current TECH addon. It's amazing but it has a few kinks to work out before it's perfect. - Defusable bombs. We had an EOD addon maybe a few years back that was perfect besides when someone set it off and it nuked the server box. A similar design where you can see the interior of the bomb and physically cut wires will do. Just don't make the explosion so massive. (Still have it kill anyone nearby when it goes off 100%) - Interactive Engines in the Engine Room to repair. Honestly I have two ideas for this either A) Make them health based similar to vehicles and let the fusion cutter repair it like it does vehicles (A little boring left click simulator but better than /mes imo) or B) Something similar to the EOD point. Look inside the engine at all the wiring and rewire it or something idk. - Medical System that actually let's you see what's wrong with a patient and physically work on them. I'm gonna reference Arma 3's ACE Medical system here but no where near as intuitive. Just something similar but much more simple. (OR A LITTLE MINIGAME OF OPERATION POPS UP) What would be cool is if there are side effects to the MED system like if you weren't as successful the player will receive a nerf to their health or another stat for that life and vice verse if you really succeed they get a buff. - Interrogation idk for this maybe similar to MED but instead of patching them up you can harm them. I dunno - Alien languages in chat for Translation. I heard this is something that has already been done by another server but essentially when an EJ types a certain command they will type in a different unknown language and then anyone on a 41st job can read it as if it were Basic. Maybe add a tool that GMs can spawn for people that are AT trained in the absence of 41st that will allow them the same permission. genius ideas and thats just fact

Half-Life 2 RP already does this. Just implement a set of commands (or just one /lang command if you want to be lazy) that spits out a message that says "You cannot understand this language" to anyone that doesn't speak said language.
