+1 2 minutes is just too long

+1 When I look at different suggestions, I'd like to +1 them, but I can't do that when I have to wait 2 minutes between each one, at that point I just close the tab and forget about it.

+1 even though we don't want people to spam posts (*cough* Monty *cough*), it should not be a 90 second cooldown.

Honestly, +1 Reduce it to like 60 seconds imo. It's just annoying trying to +1 apps and stuff and I gotta +1 one of them and just sit there staring at my screen for a full minute waiting on the cooldown to end.
