Explain to us what happened:   A bunch of CT's was coming off the elevator, when they shot a CG.  I was also killed.  I called an admin and explained to them this, however I didn't have a name of who killed me, since everything happen so fast.  The admin wasn't able to do much at this time.  I asked him to show me back to the elevator and he did, once I got there CG Dex came up behind me, I said what's going on.  I didn't get a reply.  He proceeds to hit with twice and then arrest me.  I never got a reason for the arrest, until I spoke to the admin at the end of the video, which is part of an admin report, so I will leave that for that report.  If CG Dex thought I was the one who RDM he should have said something to me.  I said over and over again, I have video.  You can see I have no weapons out when the CG got killed.    Sorry for the long video but it gives you the whole story, so no one can say, well what happen before or what happen after.  

 

As a new player to the server, this has really left a bad first impression.  

 

I am also requesting for my arrest record to be cleared, as I rejoined the server and went to join the CG and was told I couldn't because I have an arrest record and this was the only time I was arrested.

In the video he was clearly with the CTs however he did not shoot at any CG in the video but was with the group of CTs.After i helped him to the elevator in the video he was arrested by the honary CG so in this case it may be considered an RDA.He was also saying that he was being shot by CTs which did happened in the video so this story is true and it is RDA so its a +1 for me

Looking back at the video  that was posted and 10 minutes before  (my computer records in 20 minutes sections) this was not the case.

It was clearly RDA i have a clearer situation of the ticket you made earlier btw i was the staff that helped you get  to the elevator you had no AOS at the moment.

Thank for the help by the way, that was my biggest challenge besides from not being shot and arrested,  was learning the way around the map lol.

Clearly RDA. Wtf is this honorary bullshit anyways. There was no AOS. I assume the CG that got killed just hit Y to chat and took down all names of the CTs around him which shouldnt have been done. He should have called a admin to get logs in this case instead of assuming every CT in earshot was the attackers.

I honestly don't know about this "honorary CG" thing. It's either you are in the battalion or not. Only people that should be having a baton is CG & TG. Staff can arrest when CG/TG aren't online. 

@Shakes. If you can comment on this, would be great ... 

There is a Legacy Rank/Position which is an entirely different thing.

+1, I always hung out with panzer and the fox after him (which was repent, I think). whenever I was talking to CG I always memed around saying give me Honorary CG. Basically Honorary CG meant you can do CG things if you are a CT, or in a battalion. They obviously knew I was joking and said no. But whoever gave the man "Honorary CG" what are you doing.

TLDR: Why tf would you actually give some the "Honorary CG"

 

PS: This was also only teamspeak memes.

@Chris_EST I am sorry for what happened I will be talking to Dex and those that gave him the power to be on the CG job. I will Clear the arrest log if one was made so you will not have anything against you. Again I am sorry as I was not on the server and had IRL stuff to deal with but this is not how CG operates and I am sorry. Please also understand that to my knowledge the server was being "Raided" and that can cause people to make mistakes in the heat of the moment so please don't take this as what Synergy is always like.

I would like to take you up on you offer.  There was no raid going on, the back story is this.  I'm in the military, five (including myself)  of us joined at the same time, at this time there was already 3 people in the training room waiting to be trained.  Making a total of eight people.  When we joined the 3 people that was already there kept telling her to just leave, because no trainer is online and how they was on for 15 minutes and still couldn't get no one.  We proceeded to call for a trainer ourselves and no one replied to us.  However, the server had a bunch of people on it, it wasn't like it was emptied.  We ourselves waited 15 minutes and we spammed we need a trainer, we have been waiting for 15 minutes about three times in a row.  An admin flew over telling us to stop it now or we will get ban.  Now at this point there are close to 17 people in the spawn room, because no one is training anyone and with you guys being the second top server on the Star Wars list, you will always be getting players, but if no one is training anyone, it creates a backup...The four that was with me didn't like the way the admin wasn't listening to us and was on a power trip, so they left.  I remained behind.  I waited another 20 minutes, now the spawn room is just full with cancer, it has to be close to 30 people now.  With this many people of course some are going to start spamming, the same admin came over (sorry I don't remember a name) when he saw how many people he stated saying "Raid, raid, raid,", but this wasn't the case at all.  The way the cadets that was with me was treated was a shame all because someone thought a raid was taking place and it wasn't.  I even told the admin at the time, I have video of us waiting this is not a raid, I was told to get my ass back on the wall and shut up.  I don't have the video no more because it got recorded over because of the game play, I didn't think all this was going to happen, so I saw no reason to save it.   The saddest part about this whole situation is I wasn't the only one getting RDA, a bunch of people was, all because we was all traveling together.  However I used to run a server when I was a teenager, so I know most top servers have forums and a reporting process, which is what lead me here.   A lot of the other people just left the server and probably won't be coming back.  

 

I understand that staff does things in the heat of the moment, however no one was listening to any CT's that was telling them its not a raid, no trainer was coming so it caused a back up.  After a while of being yelled at and RDA, some CT's did start to act up, which is probably why the shooting took place, but if we look at the big picture here, the CG's and staff who kept throwing insults at them should be blamed for this outcome.  You had people being arrested for saying " Ice Fuse".  A person said Ice Fuse doesn't have so much of a wait to be trained and he got arrested.  You had CT's getting arrested because some CG wanted us to walk in a straight line down the hallway.  I understand there was a lot of us, but that is the fault of no trainer coming, the solution to this would have been to have someone start try outs or to do an event, but not harass new people to the server.   

 

I would love to speak to you over team speak more about this, I will be available this Friday, anytime after 2 PM EST, would that work for you, just let me know the time and I'll be there.

Do you remember the name of the staff member who told you to stop spamming the training button? This is very bad on them, the staff should have trained you.

I do not and the GeForce Experience software only records 20 minutes and then records over itself, unless I tell it to save it, which I didn't do, because I didn't think it would come to this.  So I can't go back and check.  This is why I didn't bring it up in the first place, but I don't want people to think it was a raid, because that is not what took place.
