We will now be having a Low council that sets the agenda, and that filters all motions, and a High Council that makes the final votes and decisions. The Low Council will be made up of unnamed Jedi Masters, and Jedi Commanders. Named Masters will be Jedi Generals+ and will get a seat on the High Council. Named Masters will also be able to earn the rank of Senior Jedi General, and also after that High Jedi General in the Order. This gives Masters a reason to work hard after they become a Master. ALSO NO MORE KNIGHT RANKS.
