-1 Like Doc said this suggestion was already denied by Zim. He said that Jesse was not an ARC trooper at this time so he should not have ARC weapons which makes sense.

Personal Opinion: At our current point of time on the server, Jesse was not ARC yet, he got ARC after Fives got killed by Fox.
