Give Medic more reserve ammo.

Suggestion: Increasing reserve ammo on Medic job. When spawning, Medics ALWAYS start out with 100 clip size (DC-15A) 40 (DC-15S) and only 10 in reserve. This is exclusive to 501st, but in general, everyone tends to have very low reserves, forcing them to purchase ammo in the middle of combat or wasting credits if they die before they can.

Implementation: Probably as easy as increasing a number in a config file.

Neutral. This is something that needs to be changed for everyone not just 501st, for example my job 104th Dash 44 only spawns with 145 reserve.

95% of the jobs on server are attack-based, I think Medics should be fine just healing.
